I've been using this site for daily deposits of considerable amounts for three years, but things are different this week. They stole my deposit through the agent who receives the funds on the site. The problem is, the agent contacted me on WhatsApp and said this was punishment for not contacting him to deposit funds for me outside the site, so I could become his client and profit every time. I contacted 1xbet, providing them with literally all the proof that the payment was successful, including video footage, but the response remains the same: "Processing," as if I'm talking to a robot. I will never use this platform again. It facilitates theft, disrespects its customers, and blocks you from the chat as soon as you try to speak. Shame on them!

18.07.2026 я создал официальное платежное обращение №19596456 по факту некорректного расчета P2P-вывода от 17.07.2026 (сумма операции 25 000 рублей, в тикете указана оспариваемая часть — 13 000 рублей). Суть проблемы: Из-за путаницы с личным балансом карты (на ней уже находились мои 8 000 рублей) я ошибочно подтвердил в интерфейсе получение 13 000 рублей. По факту P2P-трейдер отправил мне только 7 000 рублей. Система 1xBet вернула на мой игровой счет остаток 12 000 рублей. В итоге чистая недоплата по транзакции составила 6 000 рублей. Позже, из-за этого некорректного подтверждения, система посчитала, что у меня возник долг по другим заявкам (на 5 000 и 2 000 руб.), и ошибочно списала с моего счета еще 3 500 рублей. Суммарный ущерб составляет 9 500 рублей. Я предоставил службе поддержки полную банковскую выписку в формате PDF. Там четко виден баланс до перевода и единственное зачисление на 7 000 рублей. Обращение находится в статусе «В работе» с 18 июля (сегодня уже 2 августа). Все разумные сроки проверки P2P-транзакции со стороны финансового отдела нарушены. Требую: 1. Проверить выписку со стороны вашего P2P-мерчанта — у него будет зафиксирован перевод именно на 7 000 рублей. 2. Зачислить на мой баланс 6 000 рублей недоплаты по тикету №19596456. 3. Из-за расхождения в сумме платеж не зачислился автоматически. ​С 12.07.2026 (прошло 18 дней) проблема не решается. Все чеки и выписки Payme давно предоставлены в поддержку. I made a withdraw of rupees 4000 on the 10/07/2026 and ut never came to my vank account l reached their support system all they tell ypu is to send recent bank statement everytime and wait for tge query l made to be resolved.
