1. Services

affpapa.org provides free tools for the iGaming affiliate industry, including but not limited to: NeAhrefs (SEO monitoring), NeBlask (demand index), NeTGStat (Telegram channel catalog), NeMail (disposable email), and related tools at affpapa.org and its subdomains.

2. Accounts

Some services (NeAhrefs) require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not use the services for any unlawful purpose.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the services to harm others or violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse API endpoints or overload the service with automated requests
• Use NeMail for fraud, spam, or illegal activities
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from our services without permission

4. Service availability

Services are provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using NeAhrefs, you authorize us to access your Google Search Console data in read-only mode as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

NeAhrefs is built on CrawlSEO, an open-source project licensed under MIT. The affpapa.org design and original content are our property. Data you provide (sites, keywords) remains yours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, affpapa.org is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is $0 for free services).

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the service.
