Just won £16 on zeus 2...it never credited my account...asked for help...told me wait 24 hours....what's the point in playing and you win something and they do not pay you....its pointless...i know its only £16 outline i said what's point in wasting money for nothing

I had a few issues and my agent (human) sorted everything out straight away no hassle kind quick friendly n above all helpful thank you

I have a lot happening health wise and suffer severe anxiety and mental health . Incontinence daily and lung disease on top of multiple disabilities I struggle to relax and I get intense thoughts . I go here for a numb and I know it's for fun for some . But it shuts me off from my struggles and then makes me feel rotten with guilt . I asked for help today I reached out . I'm desperate like many silently going through hell with the services and NHS . I really did ask for help today and fingers crossed they heard me and are going to help . Maybe we should Set wareness for people with severe health and mental health matters and gambling sites because banks too shouldn't be allowing this I feel so bad on myself but I have no social life because I'm isolated most days with hidden battles I've over 40 diagnosis and specialists and these sites really are vulnerable to people like myself or grieving . 🤞

Guys, I downloaded the app, deposited the first 50 pounds, and played the slots; I got one win, and after that, they just kept taking my money.Don't play here—they just lure you in and take your money.

Bs rtp, non of there games pay, no bonus will ever pay anything more than at most a 5x and that if you get a bonus. Over 450 spins and not even a sniff. Definitely taking my money else where, ever game is the lowest rtp version of any game, account now closed

Paddy power in the only bookies I've used for the last 5 years and I've never had any issues using them. They are always giving me free bets and their specials are 2nd to none.

Customer sevice was so help in fixing my documents. Very speedy responce ones problem was knowing it already had the answer thanks try paddy power online casino great slots and who dont like backing a horse or two "UpPaddyPower's"

Paddey power online game just rip you off and last time when I criticised them ,they limited my promotion and for 3 week I played more than a 1000 pound and no winning at all .so this is my last review for them and I will close my account in paddy power (The name should be Scam power) .

I was disappointed when I didn’t get best odds on my bet. I checked my account to ensure I was opted in only to find Paddy Power have changed the terms. YOU NOW HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND OF £5 to qualify for Best Odds. I tried to challenge this on their web site chat line. The first person,Mohammed said it would take 5mins and left me waiting for 10 and then I was logged out. I tried again. I said I was not informed of the change, I was told it was up to me to check for change of terms. Neither person could spell properly so I just logged out and withdrew my money from the account. So very disappointed with Paddy Power . I’ve been a customer for many years.

The staff at Paddy Power are always keen to help, if they can't find a solution themselves they will put you in touch with someone who can.

Paddy power slots are an utter rip off, spent quite a bit on the "EVEN BIGGER FISH" slot and when you do actually get something drop in it is always way less than your stake and to get any sort of decent payout is neigh on impossible, the supposed feature when it eventually comes always pays the lowest possible, am sorry but on a 30p stake my idea of a jackpot is not £4.45 after putting in £30 DISGRACEFUL

Never had a problem with paddy power until for some reason my deposit limit was activated and I can't remember doing this, but hey I go in touch with paddy power and it was quickly resolved, it's not that I deposit much at all but it was sorted out no problem

They are a joke of a company don't go on a live chat you will be left for a week boycott paddy power.

Sunita was very helpful with my query and delt with it very quickly. A very pleasant experience. I'd recommend reaching out if you need anything other than what you just see in the standard bets, they are very helpful.

Finding a reliable and entertaining platform for sports predictions, free-to-play quizzes, and weekend race pooling can sometimes feel like a gamble in itself, but my overall experience with Paddy Power has been consistently solid, earning them a well-deserved four-star rating.Right from the initial setup, the platform stands out for its slick interface, smooth navigation, and snappy responsiveness across mobile devices. Whether you are tracking weekly horse racing cards, checking out upcoming fixtures, or diving into their engaging free-to-play games and promotional offers, everything is laid out logically so you can find what you need without unnecessary hassle. When it comes to customer service and support, Paddy Power generally handles queries efficiently. While wait times during peak sporting events can occasionally stretch a bit longer than expected, their support team remains helpful, professional, and constructive when resolving account or promotional questions. The inclusion of diverse prediction markets, regular offers, and smooth transaction processes adds significant value for regular users.Of course, no platform is entirely flawless. App performance can occasionally experience minor lags during high-traffic fixtures, and navigation could be streamlined further to make specific terms and conditions easier to locate at a glance. However, these are minor drawbacks compared to the overall reliability, entertainment value, and user-friendly design of the service.Ultimately, Paddy Power delivers a polished, engaging, and dynamic experience for users interested in sports entertainment and prediction games. With just a few minor refinements to peak-time performance and support response speeds, they could easily secure that final fifth star. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-rounded and entertaining platform.

Fantastic service any problems are delt with quickly and politely 5 star. Paddy power is a great site and fun ☺️

Wouldn't recommend. I had a game on blackjack the game was cancelled because the dealer handed a card to an empty space so they say they will refund you your money then only refund you the main bet and dont refund any side bets even though the game was cancelled. Then customer service say thats it and close the chat down. 🤬

Not worth playing anymore .Customer service has turned into AI bots. They have reduced rewards massively for slots players and now don’t even allow you any free bonuses just free sports bets even if you don’t do betting .They suggested you can get a free sports bet which they will then transfer to slots bonus however when I questioned this as how would I get a free sports bet if I don’t play sports betting and also asked for their full t&cs to confirm slots playing would make you eligible for free bets they have refused to provide the information and just threaten safer gambling restrictions.Disgusted by their executive team especially Chrissie in her responses by email . She is extremely unprofessional and can’t seem to answer simple questions about their site .Would suggest you pass your complaints to someone else PETER JACKSON

Very shit site don’t use this site. They closed my account because of the withdrawal. I’ve sent my id card bank statements and Revolut statements be careful this company is a scam. The company is not safe at all to gamble, It’s just a scam for me. And they continue to rip off the customers.

Paddy power have now stopped giving best odds guaranteed, unless you place a £5 bet, shame on you Paddy Power
