I was disappointed when I didn’t get best odds on my bet. I checked my account to ensure I was opted in only to find Paddy Power have changed the terms. YOU NOW HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND OF £5 to qualify for Best Odds. I tried to challenge this on their web site chat line. The first person,Mohammed said it would take 5mins and left me waiting for 10 and then I was logged out. I tried again. I said I was not informed of the change, I was told it was up to me to check for change of terms. Neither person could spell properly so I just logged out and withdrew my money from the account. So very disappointed with Paddy Power . I’ve been a customer for many years.
