Had an issue with a bet asked PaddyPower to check, they took about 6-7 minutes to check, assistant was brilliant and sorted it very quickly

I had an issue withdrawing cash, went onto chat. A few verificationsand issue solved.Good experience.

I have bet with Paddy Power for and of the reasons is Best Odds Guaranteed, I bet normally around ,...£10 per day and on Saturdays or big race meetings would be around double. Being retired I enjoy a wee punt with Paddy Power now introducing minimum bets to £5 an affordable lucky 15 being below the minimum amount myself and many of my friends are sadly having to move to other betting sites to have our bets covered by Guaranteed odds. I have about £25 left in my account and when that's gone I will have to get used to the site I have been using for my weekend bets. Sadly it seems Paddy Power is no longer interested in the smaller punters.

Was playing a new slot Bigger bucket of bass and though I would give it a proper go, in all £170 in one session at 50p a go, not one jackpot, not even close, it tempts you by dropping in the first 2 symbols but the third one never drops, now if this was really random it would surely pop in occasionally, so the truth of the matter is the slot's are disproportionately rigged, the punter has no chance of even breaking even, when you pay 50p a go and get a return of 10p for 3 symbols you know it's a scam. Never again

I couldn't draw out my winnings. It said when trying to withdraw they had a technical fault. Showed the screenshot to the agent and they come up with the same excuse it takes a few days to go into your bank when normally straight away. When you go onto live chat they come across as blaming you, it could be you are not refreshing your page etc, meanwhile the company are earning so much money whilst holding your funds.I've taken all the screenshots of the conversation and taking the evidence to the gambling commission ....beware!

Ween I made my first deposit I never got my free spins so I got though to customer service and they sorted it ail out with in mins. C ward

Won't be going back the horses on the book are made out so high and go so low dairy force and it's just embarrassing that everything is made out to look good the shop only has winners for singles

I have to say that after betting on a number of websites, I find Paddy Power the most interesting. There are always a few novelty offers, great markets, and little daily free-to-play games that make things fun even when you aren't placing big bets. Customer service has also been super speedy when verifying my account documents. Highly recommended!

Had a little bit of confusion with waiting on withdrawal times spoke with an agent called Simone and she was fantastic great customer service!

Paddy Power betting is not all it says on the tin.Their betting process that offers you a 'Cash Out' on their betting machines/terminals is a scam.I've tried several times to cash out and they will only allow it if it favours them.As you opt to cash out they will tell you on their 'Onside' app after you go through the process and adhere to the protocol such as agreeing to cash out and swiping right that it's unavailable. This is always to suit them.I've bet on Paddy Power betting machines/terminals for the very reason that you can cash out but they don't allow it.I'd never bet with them again, I also find Paddy Power odds on football betting is considerably less than the likes of Ladbrokes who actually do give you a genuine cash out option.I will never bet with Paddy Power again. They are deceitful and don't give better odds on football than other betting sites. Bet with Paddy Power and even if you win you will always make less than if you bet with reputable companies.Never again..!

Had tried other betting apps but find paddy power so useful and games are fun to play plus the free bet builders are amazing thank you paddy power

Be very lucky if you win on the slots , played for years and wins are very few and far between

Have used paddy power for a few months now and enjoy the site. Friendly and helpful customer services and great selection of games. Feel i can trust the site and that is important Will continue to use.

The free wheel spin is fixed either thumbs down or 10p scratch card lol

Brilliant all round great choices of games as well

It's easy to use and full of free bets I use paddy power for everything Lotto football horses

I don’t really do a lot of bet builders as I tend to bet more on the horses than football but they can be good I always find though that usually 1 of the legs lets you down so think that’s in the bookies favour but if you do get one right then the odds are good it’s just up to each individual

Website always seems to work well plus they give a generous amount of offers.

Loved Paddy Power until they introduced the ruling on having a£5 minimum to get best price. Surely this is encouraging people to spend more on gambling 😮Love everything else about the PP website 👍

Good website...lots of markets and extra places on horse racing....and seems to be progressive - unlike most other gambling sites that seem to be removing all that is good about them....recommended to anyone having bad experiences with other bookmakers (as I most definitely have - coral / ladbrokes especially
