This is not a translation of the Russian portal. Complaints are the originals — we translate them into Russian, and the English pages stop hiding what the player actually wrote. Brand pages are generated per language. Sections with no English text have no English URL.

Demand comes from clickstream and the Chrome UX Report, licences from the regulators' own public registers (24 of them hold the licences we have on file), complaints from Trustpilot, Casino Guru, CasinoReviews, LCB, Casinomeister and AskGamblers. Demand is counted over complete months; the last one closed is June 2026. The newest complaint in the English record is dated 7 October 2026.

The demand index and the complaints record: 1,819 brand passports of the demand index and 25,876 player complaints about 1,339 operators. The rest of the portal — offers, vacancies, resumes, companies, news — is Russian only. Where there is no English text, there is no English URL: an empty mirror is worse than none.

Is any of this machine-translated?

No. Complaints are the player's own text, taken from the source site in the language it was written in — we translate those into Russian for the Russian pages, and the English pages simply stop hiding the original. Brand passports are generated per language from the same numbers.

How current are the numbers?

The latest complaint in the English record is dated 7 October 2026. Demand is counted over complete months; the last one closed is June 2026.

What does access cost?

Nothing, and there is no sign-up or API key. One thing on the portal is paid — NeTOP, an auction for ad slots — and it is labelled as paid wherever it appears.
