1. Services
affpapa.org is an open reference for the affiliate and iGaming industry: an operator complaints record (NeRating), a catalogue of affiliate programs and services (NeCatalog), a brand demand index (NeBlask), jobs (NeArbiHunter), a Telegram channel catalogue (NeTGStats), disposable email (NeMail), SEO monitoring (NeAhrefs) and other sections at affpapa.org and its subdomains. All of them are free. The only paid section is NeTOP, an advertising ranking auction.
2. Accounts
Most sections work without signing in. NeAhrefs requires signing in with a Google account; you are responsible for keeping that account secure. You must not use the services for any unlawful purpose.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the services to harm others or to break the law.
- Do not attempt to access closed parts of the site or the server.
- Do not overload the site or its APIs with automated requests; machine access goes through the open APIs and exports listed in llms.txt.
- Do not use NeMail for fraud, spam or illegal activity.
- Do not resell data in breach of the data licence: the open datasets may be used freely, with attribution.
4. Service availability
Services are provided "as is", without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy or uninterrupted access, and may change, suspend or discontinue any section at any time without notice. Section data is collected from public sources automatically; where a source is named, the source is responsible for its content.
5. Data and privacy
What we collect and why is described in the Privacy Policy. By connecting a site in NeAhrefs you authorise us to read your Google Search Console data in read-only mode, as described there.
6. Intellectual property
The datasets the site compiles are open under CC BY 4.0; the licence page lists what is and is not covered. The site design and our own texts remain ours. NeAhrefs is built on CrawlSEO, an open-source project under the MIT licence. Data you provide yourself (sites and keywords in NeAhrefs, a NeTOP listing) remains yours; by submitting it you allow us to display it on the site.
7. NeTOP — paid placement
NeTOP is a ranking auction at /netop: a place in the list is bought with a bid in USDT, and the highest total bid ranks first. It is advertising. Being listed does not mean we have vetted or endorse a participant; participant links are marked sponsored and go through a click counter.
What you buy
A row in the public ranking: a title, a link to a website or Telegram channel, a logo, a description of up to 200 characters and a category. The row is shown on /netop, in the NeTOP widget on site pages and in the embeddable widget. The category only affects the filter, not the rank.
How the rank is calculated
Bids accumulate: a top-up is added to the row's total and the row moves up. If another participant pays more, your row moves down but stays in the ranking.
Payment and confirmation
We accept USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) only, to the wallet TAhFedGFqBS4ZtDExKUvrTqruBH4VoofXK, the same address shown on the payment page. Send the exact amount of the order: each order has its own cents, and that is how the payment is recognised. An order is valid for 60 minutes; a transfer the network confirms later is still matched for 6 hours after the order expires. We only read the blockchain: once the network confirms the transfer, the row appears in the ranking by itself, no screenshots needed.
A transfer of a different amount, on a different network or to a different address is not recognised automatically, and a payment below the minimum does not enter the ranking and waits for manual review. In those cases write to us with the transaction hash.
Refunds
A bid is a payment for advertising exposure, not a deposit. There are no automatic refunds: if your bid is outbid, the money is not returned, and the place can be regained with a top-up. Disputed transfers (double payment, wrong amount) are handled by correspondence, case by case.
Moderation and responsibility
Rows are published automatically once payment is confirmed. We may hide a row without refunding the bid if its link leads to fraud or malicious content or breaks the law; a hidden row cannot be topped up. We do not influence the order of rows. You are responsible for the legality of what you advertise in your jurisdictions and for the right to use the title and logo.
Managing a row
There are no accounts. After an order is created we show a management link with a token; it is used for top-ups, uploading a logo and editing the card. Keep it: it is the only key to the row. For payments of $100 and up, an announcement of the row is passed automatically to a network of Telegram channels; the delivery report appears on the same management page.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, affpapa.org is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us: $0 for free services, and the sum of your confirmed bids for NeTOP.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access for violating these terms. You may stop using the services at any time; NeAhrefs data is deleted on request as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page shows the current revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
