Even one star is too much for this casino. First, I couldn't manage to make even €100 in profit from a €1,500 deposit—there was simply no incentive to keep playing. Second, I asked for my deposit history and inquired whether they held a license for Austria; the response was that I would get an answer in 30 days. And third, despite their supposed commitment to player welfare, I closed my account for six months twice within a single week, yet they unlocked it the very next day and let me play again. All in all, there are better casinos out there; avoid this one, as it’s just a waste of money.

Unreliable and non compliant

Unfortunately, despite this being a site which is supported by KSA and a legally allowed casino, it feels like a fraud. Every time that you are on a roll or make decent profit in casino, account is suddenly blocked to “ask for extra questions”. Despite answering and delivering all needed documents, account shortly unblocked, another win, another blockage. Customer service live chat tries to help, but don’t have any power. Both contact with support email as helpdesk to address my complains claim to open the account, to close it 10 min later again. Call it a bug, call it a fraud: problem still not solved, and simply a highly unreliable site. Complaint to KSA is made, this might be a casino which would be better to erase from the legal list.
