Used to be a decent site, won a few, lost a few as you would expect when gambling but recently it's been trash, it's like they have turned down the chances of winning and I know they will say they are random and everyone has the same chance.Today I played one game, did over 100 spins and only a few times did I win more than I put in and that was like 10p more, then changed games and on another game 30 spins and didn't even win one spin. This has been like this the past few months and I will be seriously considering if I will stick with the group.

1st Withdrawal was quick and easy. I see there's lots of 1 stars on here, but my experience was 5 stars. If you make a withdrawal using eCash, I spoke live chat right after and they approved it in a minute. Couple mins later it was in my account.

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the decision made by LeoVegas to permanently close my account and confiscate the remaining balance. I contacted LeoVegas myself after discovering that the personal details registered on my account did not match my own. I immediately informed their customer support of the issue and fully cooperated throughout the verification process. I provided every document that was requested, including my passport/identity documents, proof of address, bank documents, payment card verification and any other information requested to verify my identity and the payment methods used. I answered all of their questions honestly and cooperated fully at every stage. I then waited approximately **three weeks** while my case was under review. During this period, I contacted customer support several times asking for an update, but I was repeatedly told only to wait while the review was ongoing. After this lengthy verification process and my full cooperation, LeoVegas permanently closed my account. They refunded part of my deposits but confiscated the remaining balance, including my winnings. I respectfully believe this decision is unfair and disproportionate. Throughout the entire process: - I cooperated fully with every request made by LeoVegas. - I submitted all requested identity verification documents, proof of address, bank documents and payment card verification. - I waited approximately three weeks for the investigation to be completed. - I contacted customer support several times during this period requesting updates. - I did not refuse verification at any stage. - I was not accused of cheating, game manipulation, bonus abuse or money laundering. LeoVegas states that the account contained incorrect personal details and that third-party payment methods were used. While I understand these are serious matters, I do not believe that confiscating my entire remaining balance is a fair or proportionate outcome, especially after my full cooperation throughout the investigation. I therefore respectfully request that an independent review be carried out to determine: - whether LeoVegas acted fairly and proportionately in confiscating my remaining balance; - whether the confiscation complies with their Terms and Conditions and the applicable licensing requirements; - whether I should receive payment of any part or all of the confiscated balance. I have attached LeoVegas’ correspondence and all relevant documentation in support of my complaint. Thank you for taking the time to review my case. The only details that had changed over time were my email address and phone number.LeoVegas refunded my £2,000 deposits but confiscated approximately £6,000 in winnings after my account reached around £8,000 following a blackjack session.I have requested a formal final response/deadlock letter so that I can refer the matter to IBAS for an independent review. I believe an independent adjudicator should determine whether changing an email address and telephone number over time constitutes an attempt to circumvent account-linking, particularly where all core identity information remained genuine and consistent.I will update this review again once LeoVegas issues its final response and/or the matter has been reviewed by IBAS.
