Don't bother! They let you withdraw a small amount once or twice, then ask for loads of documents which get approved, you win again and they lock your account and cancel your withdrawal, they won't respond to complaints and will give you a generic response which is the EXACT SAME wording every time! 10 days they have held my money and this is AFTER my documents were all approved, i have evidence to back all of this up and have now complained to UKGC and IBAS! Update after Leo Vegas responded to my review: i have contacted Live chat daily and they refuse to help me! I just keep getting the same reply which is wait for an update by email, it's been 11 days and I still haven't had a single update. I do however keep getting harassed by phone call which I have asked you not to do, I have also made it clear in my contact preferences that I don't want to receive phone calls because I have been advised to keep all of this in writing!

am extremely disappointed with the handling of my case by Trappist and LeoVegas.My account was restricted while I had a pending withdrawal of €2,488. Highly disappointed. LeoVegas messed up on a withdrawl 2 weeks ago sending it to a bank account that has been closed for many years. In voicing my dissatisfaction i was basically told that if I needed the money so bad I have a problem and they banned my account for 3 months as a " self- exclusion " total joke. Now today after jumping thru hoops to get them an international wire transfer form I should expect my funds in 10 to 15 business days. Transfers take a couple hours at most.
