After playing a slot on paddy power I thought it was just normal to not be on the bonus after a few quid but after trying to get it at intervals I gave up. Not bitter as such just more annoyed with the blatant cheating by these so called good bookmakers. It was only 20p spins which made the rtf look ridiculously bad. Don’t bother

Paddy Power suspended my account
Paddy Power suspended my account, didn't give me a reason but asked me to provide proof of ID and address, which I did (twice!). I think the issue was my account used my shortened forename in contrast to the documents provided, but despite this being resolved and repeated requests to reactivate the account, they just kept telling me the matter was being reviewed and they couldn't give a timescale for me hearing anything. This went on for three weeks, and it was only when I demanded the matter was passed to their complaints team or I would contact IBAS that they escalated it and resolved it in a few minutes! Good practice would be that PP indicate to customers with account suspensions WHAT the issue is, a TIMEFRAME for resolving the matter, and KEEP CUSTOMERS INFORMED during the process. I won't be using them again

Paddypower is the biggest pile of wa*k I have ever played, bonuses… like the other thousands of reviews are x20 if you’re lucky… on a £1 spin. All the positive reviews about paddypower is mainly about the customer service and the staff, the bad reviews are all about the slots and how bad they are. Surely this tells you something? Sites like KWIFF, VIRGIN BET etc you actually win money, playing to lose every time is not what gambling is about, you have to win in some aspect or form. This site is just all about losing unfortunately. It’s not even the fact of losing money it’s the fact of gambling is meant to be enjoyable, how can you enjoy something that constantly robs you. I’ll be sticking to virgin bet and a few others.

6Play at your peril. Played blackjack again. Big mistake.This site is beyond joke, profertteering at its worse.Played approx 25 hands, won 3 drew 2.. but lost 11 in a row. The odds of this happening is about 0.0016.What a surprise!!Enough is Enough, closing account. My other reviews have been removed after completing of the unfairness of this awful game. Start at 20p ,then kept doubling up ,b4 I knew it I lost. over £50.
