Scam company. Will randomly “make a business decision” and close your account without reason or tell you why they’ve made this decision and tell you can’t open account with them or any other betting companies under the FLUTTER Uk&I group ? Btw I’ve never made more than €40???

Bets NOT unlocked ( what ever that means ) Unbelievable story this oneI placed 4 bets on group winners at this years World Cup All 9 selections won which meant I had many thousands to collect from my local PP shopSlips presented at the counter . Slips scanned Then it was , we need your ID before we pay this one out . Presented to them then they wanted to take my photo as head office wanted to ensure my id and photo matched Now I am feeling like a criminal!! Verified customer now recorded on their data base. Can I be paid out please . Answer we are waiting for the bets to be unlocked now All the above is done via e mail and head office whilst I am stood at the counter 5 hours later the bets are finally unlocked and I am paid back to my card Stay well away from paddy power Disgusting company who love to take your money but hate paying it back

I’ve been with paddy power for a while now , upon registration , identification and proof of adress were provided which is often needed when setting up an account. I have honestly put thousands on over the time I have been with this company , they have never once been in touch with me about my spending . 6 days ago I was on my account playing , winning and randomly get a message to say my account has been suspended. They suspended my account for so called safer gambling reasons , they are now with holding my funds they have asked for numerous things such as proof of ID proof of adress and bank statements. I already provided my ID and proof of adress when my account was created. I’ve been waiting 6 days now and the company are saying my account is under review and there is no time scale. I would advise people to stay well clear of this company . It’s quite remarkable that while depositing money into the account in the hundreds no safer gambling measures are put into place. Only after winning funds .

Why is there no option for a team to win the world cup and top goalscorer double?

Paddy Power they are a shocking company to deal with happy to take your money for lotto bets for years and in the last 3 months they have blocked my account for no apparent reason & if your lucky to win you cant actually get into your account to withdraw your winnings. 4 days I'm trying to contact them and everyone i deal with on the chat are useless cant help & won't put you through the correct department, I got told yesterday to expect a phone call at 1.30pm I'm still waiting for this too, & apparently they emailed me but I never recieved this & there going to email me again just have to wait until decide when this might happen. PP your a disgraceful company .Regina

Disgraceful. They have a deposit/withdrawal rule that pretends to be there to protect the customer, but it essentially means that once you start winning more money than you deposit, they make it almost impossible for you to withdraw your money. For a company that promotes safer gambling and has warnings about gambling addiction, forcing people to leave their winnings in their Paddy Power account is uttering disgusting. Their so-called agents are even worse. They just fob you off with useless information until you give up. Shameful

I gave them one star as. a zero score wasn’t available. Don’t touch this company , they cancelled my account after I allegedly signed a consent form restricting my betting and then money in my account I was owed I never received. It was only a few pounds but that’s not the point . Customer services attitude was shocking when I spoke to them .

Don't honor promotions and customer service got to be the worst iv ever come across

If you put a deposit cap on trust me you won’t win anything

This site is so bad just put nearly £100 on the fruit machine and not one feature came in. Other sired a a little fairer PP use to be good but greedy now

I ventured into town with my wife today and went into this branch to collect a football bet, I scanned the bet on a machine, did another bet before cashing out the remainder at the counter, no issues. I proceeded to do another bet on a different machine and, get this, a female member of staff came out from behind the counter and told me I could only use one machine while I was there, I said, I never heard the likes and she replied, then someone’s not doing their job. I stayed for one more bet, felt a little uncomfortable so went around the corner to Boylesports, no such issue.. madness 🤣

I downloaded the app when England vs Croatia I’ve deposited some money inside and very next day I got email says that my account has been close when I contacted to customer service they can’t help me out it’s this fair how I’m gonna get my money back very disappointed

Just a pack of liers advice paying out on all advertised on Facebook instergram X on paying on Luis Diaz bets.. all lies in stop betting amd moive to Ladbroke betting all around better odds no liars

While I am giving the one star for the Betting I am giving nothing for the slots. I understand you can’t expect to win but something is definitely not right with them. Reported to gambling commission because that definitely up to no good and something not right, it’s just take take take with no bonus? My pal played the same game on £1 a spin and got £9.80p from the Bonus lmao

Anorther £50 on casino slots thats near £300 on casino in 2 weeks and not one bonus round 🤷‍♂️ seems a little iffy to me

Offers a scam.Offered 60/1 for an England win and then only activated the promotion after the score even though I placed a bet. £60 out of pocket. Criminals

win rate is less 1% and you need deposit at least 2 k to get sort of a win that is £200. been long enough with them and they just going worse. robbing money to keep them bills paid. stay away folks

They ran a promo: Money back as a free bet at Ascot, if the horse finishes 2nd, 3rd, 4th.I decided to take a punt on the 3th favourite because of this promo because it felt like some form of insurance if it didn't win. I would not have placed this bet if it wasn't for the promo, which was advertised with prominently with a large banner on the homepage.. The horse came 4th but the free bet was not credited. I contacted live chat twice, and both times, they refuse to credit the free bet. Have now emailed their complaints department and will be escalating it to IBAS if it isn't resolved. Joke of a company, shouldn't be this difficult, and won't be using them again in future. They might have a good social media presence which drew me in, but the odds are usually better elsewhere!

The worst site for gambling,if you add money in they're website make sure you don't add with PayPal because they would check it and asking bank statements and so many things to unblock your account, basically the money would be lost and you get treated badly by the cs team.I really not recommended this gambling website that is mostly a scam

This and Betway are the worse slot casino provider , £7.50 win on big bass splash on 60p spins are you having a laugh , the games have the lowest RTP , constantly miss and just the poorest win ratio to any other casino, they also adjust that awful wonder wheel , you’ve spent £300 but here is a 10p scratch card 🤣🤣 absolute trash
