Zero transparency after a Beat The Drop promotion win sparked an account review (after over twenty years of custom) and repetitive intrusive questions that I answered in good faith. Not even a fraction of the same level of honesty has ever been given back. End result is that I have been excluded against my wishes and understanding. I've tried to engage with thoughtful correspondence but it's a waste of time. There are some good people working at Betfair but the overall system is so anti-customer service (delays, being sent around the houses but still not being allowed to speak to anyone accountable, lack of any smidgeon of information or reassurance about "under review" issues, agents seemingly in awe of their superiors as if upsetting the traders by asking them questions is a bigger fear than upsetting customers, a complaints process that ends with safe/defensive verdicts like "no evidence could be found" instead of giving a definitive denial of any accusations or even giving any kind of explanation for actions taken at a specific time) and riddled with so much hypocrisy and toxic smugness from the top that any good is stamped down on by a huge amount of bad.

I sent the following to BetfairHi BetfairRespectfully, I firmly disagree wuth the decision to cloe my account especially without explaination. I contacted customer service and this seemed to make the issue worse as their limited abilities to resolve this issue.I had closed my account for a couple of months to focus on new avenues. I tried to create a new account thinking that the closure was permanent like a deletion. I explained this to the customer service representative who said that was impossible so I reactivated my old account.I never intended to breach any conditions and was very transparent and honest with your customer service team. I would never have intentionally breached any Betfait terms and conditions.I was promptly emailed and to my disappointment banned me for without. Explaination. No reason provided and whenbIasked would not provide any answer. I elected to have a break and closed my account for a couple of months. Again, I elected. That's it. When I tried to reactivate I was treated rudely and nastily like some loony. Very poor customer service and equally poor management. Horrible experience making me feeling depressed and mistreated. its rediculous ive depostied over 10 times throughout this month and i still cant get any wins or any sorts or profit ive had better luck on other sites there was times ive won a few hundred pounds but after that the whole sites been nonstop eating my money away im very dissapointed the staff has been very polite to me whilst messaging them and been very helpful its just the whole sites been robbing me at this point please be aware, this sites ripping me off and others by the looks of it constantly

Betfair said my bet was not matched however I took a screenshot to show that it was. They refused to pay £172. Account closed as they don't play fair and , if there is no trust, then they should not be in business.

Support is top class, depends who you receive - i received Agent Gajula and Zoe and they are absolutely top of the top, helped me with manual verification and unblocking withdrawal, money arrived instant (review would be 5 star if they improve UI and Design of the app)

I had £9 on 20 on super stakes roulette, it came in x1000 and they only payed me £270 not the £9000. I have screenshots as proof. This should be illegal! Waiting to hear back from the team but doubt they will pay me. Probably have some loop hole. Absolute theifs and scammers
