Had a really good experience with this casino. The website is easy to navigate, the games run smoothly, and there’s a good variety to choose from. Deposits and withdrawals were straightforward, and overall everything felt quick and hassle-free. Customer support was also helpful when I had a question. Definitely a solid option if you’re looking for an online casino.

Betfair are Good

Betfair are good and have some of the best promotions and best sports betting prices on the net. It's great that they have broken away from the ipoker network and now have Pokerstars on Betfair. I may even sign up to the App.I used to be a good customer of Pokerstars but they took away my rewards scheme and chests because they said I was playing to much (Government Regulations). Betfair Poker should introduce Chests. Ever since I was a kid I've always liked opening Chests, lol 😂😂

Avoid!

When you are winning a tech issue appears, and then you are simply ignored by the customer service. Happened a few times to me. Was winning a jackpot - jab! - tech issue. I had no screenshot - so they ignored totally. Today their daily game offered me a winning spin, which was not happening, even I had a proof - I was totally ignored by their stuff and additionally they removed my account. Better to avoid and play on different sites.

Too consistent to be random

Honestly this company needs to be investigated. I'm not dumb enough to think I should win everytime. But the consistent patterns the games shows is alarming. Playing blackjack £1 hands and you'll never get more than £3/4 up but you can lose it all in a row no problem. I had 19 hands without a win...... I mean come on. But it's the patterns which is so blatant. You'll have a 20 and the dealer 6. Nine times out of ten it will always manage to get at least 20. You have a 20? Well dealer will have blackjack of course. You have 18 and the dealer has an 8? Well they'll pull an ace, easy. I've been playing for years and it's ridiculous how consistent it is. When I complained to them they stuck a limit on my account because I wouldn't tell them my income. Which was completely irrelevant

This site should be closed

This site should be closed. Absolute thieving scumbags. 74 dead spins in a row, my next win was 1p.... i got 16 free spins and won 25p, I was spinning at 40p.... what an absolute disgrace. The site is a total scam, corrupt to the core. How they are allowed to get away with this is an absolute outrage. It shows you how corrupt this entire industry is.

Absolute scam of a site

Absolute scam of a site. Possibly the worst promotions online. You win nothing, at all. If you ever did, it would be 20p, or 3 free spins... brilliant. This site used to be good, now it is like so many, a con. You have no chance on the slots, they are all rigged, you are lucky to even get a feature. Dead spin after dead spin. I would urge everyone to just avoid this site at all costs. Plenty other sites to use, they are all a con, but this more so that others.
