Horrible.spin for 4£ get bonus winnings 40,60,100It’s joke. Waste of timeFree spins almost all the time 10p.Not good and not recommended for anyone.

I have had a very frustrating experience over a deposit issue. The chatbot system is way too rigid and unhelpful. However the customer service agent Shraddha was very helpful and has got the process on track. I would add that Betfair generally provides an excellent service. Like many organisations, it sometimes struggles when things go wrong, but I have always found it operates with integrity.

I had my account closed with the Australian branch for doing basically NOTHING. No warning, no explanation , just told to withdraw my money and go , then afew years later a friend copped the same fate because they “ thought “ someone may have been using it . “ thought “ being the operative word because they weren’t!! Once again no explanation or warning . They’re an arrogant bunch of tossers , disrespecting customers in a climate already hit by cost of living challenges . I believe the Australian division are continuing to struggle and haven’t made money in awhile , so more fool them! It you treat people like that, I hope you go under !!!

Actually closed account thought i try 40 quid maybe after all the complaining i did to them the would give me something back was i wrong played ok for first 5mins then bang back to BET FAIR old ways full 40 gone on 20ps on big bass splash and on the bonus at 1.30 left off the 40 what it give the old famous 3.80 to make you feel great. I have played on line casinos for years Mr Q, slots temple, lottomart, 888 casino skybet, but this has to be the worst i have seen how the people in this company get away with it. And also the fake reviews are the only thing keeping there score in the 3s its how they get suckers like me to get them money never again. And there response after complaing on customer services to hit you with the photo off they are numbers and were selected at random over 1000s on plays will in that case am owed a fortune but do you get it no. Based in malta with there fine laws. Am coming back here everyweek i get a loss to get there score down on trustpilot

Best site out there, very fair selection, customer service is outstanding had all my issues sorted in no time and very kind and professional, game selection is amazing aswell, wouldn’t use any other site!!

Put on a football bet but there system wasn’t updating the scores my bet was worth £204 at the 70th minute it was up but still only offing a cash out without 3 of the 7 scores still not updated for 35 mins was not updated so I contacted them at 72 mins in they said they was working on it no cash out offer then it offered £48 which I tried to take but wouldn’t let me at 88 mins one of my teams scored so my bet was down but none of the scores was up to date I was on flash score checking then full time ten mins after full time Southampton games still showed nil nil salfords game was showing playtime at 330 mins after full time so I had contacted them again not an offer of compensation I told them they should give at least half my winnings coz there site is down they don’t have managers so couldn’t be passed on I spend at least £500 a month and that’s how I get treated ripped off and they don’t want know there betting licence should be revoked customer service a joke

Reported them to trading standards and to the police for fraud and theft. Their spins are fixed and they need to be prosecuted for blatant theft..Watch this

Bet flair frenzy is such a waste of time! You opt for the hard level and constantly get rewarded with 10p this app constantly takes funds but does not pay out! Been a loyal customer for a while, the bonus, incentives and rewards doesn’t add up, considering leaving! As it’s not worth my while!

They don’t understand what I said and I will never ever again to use this app They’re so annoying

Day after day i lose money in casino does this site ever payout its getting to be a joke now. Just a update on today another 80 on big bass on 20p biggest win 3.80 thats how bad this site is. i had enough so closed account, no its hard you wont get that win just close your account people they have taken the piss out off people for too long. Site should be investagated by someone can they not see the bad reviews there getting and never repley they probably will know knowing am gone. Time to get these ratings down then no one will join them atleast save the next sucker to be taken advantage off.

They don't load the majority of the markets for an EPL game on the exchange until a day or 2 before the match starts. So if you want to trade the odds before any market movement you can't.It's no wonder they have no customers left and that no one has a nice thing to say about them on trustpilot (apart from all the fake reviews). Ha ha ha. What an idiotic company.

If your going to get people to write fake reviews make sure, you get people who can spell never hace o seen so many fake reviews in my life there replying to every good review and ignoring the good ones, never replied in years and this site had 100 percent bad reviews it’s embarrassing jist lije your Site all ypu do is take the promotions are a joke, do not believe a word of them they give you nothing!!!! Same as all these top prize pinball winners well why are they not leaving reviews because they don’t exist everything is fake!!!!! Updated again Tha morning no anger available they know what there doing

Customer service very helpful and fix the problem I was having we've taken money up good gameplay I enjoyed it I'm probably gonna go back

IT has been a few days now to resolve my problem but having been with B/F form the very beginning I have never had any problem with them and my problem has now been accelerated to a higher position.

I dont what has happened to this site casino used to be fair but after reading some off the reviews am starting to think there true. 100 and not one bonus finally after another 30 i get a bonus off 10.70 not much off a return that after tonights bets on football ill have to call it a day shame cause the site is so easy to use great layout and has some off the best odds out there espically there bet builders. Free bets. Betfair come on get your casino the same as your odds on sports.

I was eventually able to chat to an agent regarding a withdrawal issue stemmed from a malfunctioning xard. The agent resolved this problem easily and he was very easy to understand as well as very polite and patient. Thank you.

Customers get the best deals and betting platforms with Betfair, I have used it for years.Great odds for football and horses. The ability to choose exchange rates instead of sp on horses is superb. Love the casino games too. Even now I am being restricted use for my own good, I still think youre the best site.
