Guys, I signed up and deposited 40 pounds; I played the slots and got absolutely nothing out of it—not even a bonus game. They’re just ripping people off; they didn't even give me any free spins.

I wrote to this company as I play poker on Pokerstars and heard about the merger. I told them if it was possible to review my account (which they told me has been excluded since 2020) The live chat person continued to ask me ridiculous questions about the bank statement I sent in, yes I had an overdraft and made out that is unusual and dangerous. Don't lots of people have overdrafts?The guy did not stop with silly personal questions, I made it clear I had not gambled on slots for years then he said i'll give you another 6 month exclusion. Why add an exclusion, when the original one was not even clear? This has also affected my relationships with all the sister companies of Betfair and caused much stress and financial grief. I messaged to ask to see if they could remove an exclusion not to be told let's add a new one! Completely ridiculous company which looks like they will ruin Pokerstars. I also hardly used it for any form of gambling but this did not stop 3 hours of different operators coming and going. Terrible service. Avoid!

Complete scam. Sent me 2 x £2 free bets but it's not possible to apply them on the bestslip. Contacted "customer services" and they were completely useless. Closed my account and moved on to another platform that doesn't scam it's customers.

Never ever use this company , cash out suspended basically all game , lost the lot , absolute rip off company , like taking it , don’t like giving it , avoid at all costs , not the first time this has happened.

This site used to be good, now It is a disgrace of a site. Complete con and rip off. You never get a single thing from slots, they are totally rigged in my opinions. over 600 spins on Crystal Maze slot, 10p spins, within the first 50 I was told I had gained 5 features, in the 600 spins not once did I get a feature, it just takes, and takes, dead spin after dead spin. All their slots are like this, in my opinion, rigged to the max. They are corrupt scum crooks in my opinion. They should be closed down and whoever owns them put behind bars, nothing more or less than a criminal!

Slots are terrible, barely big wins and they always come at the start of a session then eats down to 0. Honestly just dont bother, or take the win at the start and leave up.So bad, i cant believe how bad slots are getting, the days of 100x wins are long gone.

You gamble to have fun not just give them free money, if they won't give back a penny that's robbery. AVOID because they won't even give a penny even if you deposit hundreds.

Betfair are good and have some of the best sports betting offers and prices on the market. I'm glad to see them move away from Playtech and the ipoker network. Their free Pinball game is decent and I've had some decent hits from the free spins awarded.

Once again let down at first hurdle. I uploaded a copy of my passport and driving licence to enable me to join Betfair along with address and email. I received an email saying that i had been fully verified but my account was in suspension. I asked why and was told that under gambling commission rules i must send a selfie showing these documents with todays date on a piece of paper in the picture. I joke not and complained that this was not GC rule.Got nowhere so asked for the name of agent and position held. Told not allowed to give this!!!! I then asked for selfies of the senior management there as only seems fair!! Childish yes but trust is a 2 way street. So i advise my fellow punters that Betfair is not that fair and to go elswhere. I did no more than delete my account and then write this. What is going on in the UK or me?

Do not use this company. They do not follow regulation and will just take your money and put all the blame on you. Using safer gambling as a way to hide their actions. You raise a complaint and will not look into it properly and when shown the facts from the gambling commission website, they have nothing to say and will ignore you as they know you are right but will always say it’s your responsibility. Not a professional company and they’re thieves. Will be contacting the gambling commission and reporting them as this is disgusting. Flutter ruining all the gambling sites.

Mudit from betfair.com sent an email with the issues of my German account to solve the problem. Was very polite and nice. Really appreciated.

This is purely a review about the customer service I received. I was put through to agent Sandanagari and I was provided exceptional customer service in fixing my address and proof of address not matching up due to a simple error on my end.
