I was logged out and Srikanth was a great assistance

Quality work by Harika on the support desk over a technical issue

Customer service has absolutely 100% went down the pan. Absolutely pointless, rude, stupid, unhelpful and arrogant to the point where I had no choice but to close my account.

2 months to reply what an absolute joke you are been to busy counting your money and you have not been in touch to discuss this so stop lying. Take your money but when you have a problem no one can be bothered to chat to you. Good luck if you have a gambling problem Betfair will take advantage of you till your broke and living in a cardboard box

STAY AWAYYYYYY!!!!

I have found over the years that Betfair as slowly declined in its presentation for customers, when I first used Betfair some 20 years ago I felt a valued customer, know I feel it is all about corporate profits ,for example no American racing shown live ,lots of greyhound racing not shown and many more events ,there is a lot more to sports betting than football.!!!

Betfair are paying for fake postive reviews on trust pilot. The site is a disgrace you will never win hardly anthing. A dreadful run company and just look at the terrible history of Flutter Entertainment who run Betfair. Dishonest crooks who only think about money and not customers. Please don't use this site it's dreadful.

Total scam. Completely rigged daily spins.Do not waste your time or money with this online casino. They advertise a "free daily spin," but it is an absolute fraud. I have used it every single day for the past nine days, and it lands on absolutely nothing every single time. Mathematically and statistically, the odds of this happening naturally on a fair wheel are non-existent. This platform is rigged, dishonest, and designed to trick you. Do not give these crooks a single penny. You have been warned!

Consistently worst odds. Slots never, and I mean never, pay out. Customer service is non existent apart from a chat bot that has you going around in circles for 30 minutes. They use an AI bot to reply to the fake positive reviews on trustpilot. What an absolute joke of a company.

I had a guy called Ben, was was extremely thorough, allowed me to explain my point of view, was very useful would hope if I ever had a problem to have Ben help me again

Took up the offer of bet £10 and get £50 worth of bets and after opening account and betting told me I didn’t qualify!!!! Why didn’t I qualify, I met all the requirements????

They’ve never replied to reviews in years then all of a sudden their replying and they start getting good reviews, what a farce there all fake because this site is a scam it’s the worst gaming site slots are rigged definitely £500 again not a £1 or bonus in site!!!! Game crashes all time kicks you out every 5 minutes as soon as you spend £100 and starts you from 0 disgusting I won’t be playing again
