I have had an account for many years used the same password about a week ago I was locked out of my account I tried to reset my password but the code never arrived, after speaking to AI and then eventually a person after many questions me uploading my passport then a selfie then a Bank statement I asked what my balance was it's 12p it should have been over £700 someone deposited £10 the night before played Casio games then withdrew the rest on the new card they added I was asked how I used Betfair. on my phone using the app well my money has gone they gave me some reference no that doesn't look real looks to long Betfair was going to contact me via email regarding this withdrawal no one has contacted me I emailed them no response the money has gone it seems very dodgy and the person who got in to my account put a self exclusion so my account with skybet was also blocked thankfully I got my funds out from them was my Betfair funds removed by a bad apple at Betfair??

After i has to provide my ID and proof of address i was told it was all ready to go. Then they closed my account for security and business reasons. I had to message to get my deposit back.
