Guys, I put in another 20 pounds thinking I might finally win something—but absolutely nothing. Several spins and nothing at all, not even a bonus. You won't win here; don't play here—they'll just take your money. I'm done with this place, and I'm going to tell everyone I know not to play here; they just rip people off.

I would suggest for anyone playing free daily spins to report it to action fraud and police for investigation of Betfair. 27 daily spins in 27 days and lands on nothing. This is blatant act of fraud.

Account suspended after updating my own detailsMy account was suspended for verification after I changed my address and telephone number. I understand Betfair needs security procedures, but the process that followed was incredibly frustrating.I provided all the requested verification documents and was told they had been submitted, only to contact Betfair the following day and discover they hadn't been updated on my account. I then had to repeat the process, resend sensitive documents and deal with several different agents.Eventually Thakur resolved everything and activated my account, so credit to him. My issue isn't with having reasonable security checks — it's how unnecessarily difficult and repetitive the verification process became.

Easy to use and easy to find what you want to bet on

The customer service team is very helpful and friendly they respond quickly and resolve any issues. I’ve been with Betfair for a few years always get a random free bet and they even gave me €100 free bet for my birthday recently. I don’t understand all the bad reviews but they are very good and I have to give the customer service team credit where it is due. 10/10

Having used the site for many years my account was suspended, there has rarely been more or less than £100 in it, I tend to win in very small quantities. After suspension I asked to close the account and was not allowed to. I had to supply id, passport etc, this was done, after 4 weeks I started a complaint that has not been acknowledged, customer services advose me to wait and will not supply info as to how I can escalate my complaint.
