don't bother withdrawing if you win

absolutely shocking site. they let you deposit however much you like, no problem. the minute you win and try and withdraw? account suspended. you have to get onto the customer support team and (in my personal experience) upload EVERY piece of personal documents you own. I showed my drivers licence, passport, bank card, motor insurance document and even a BANK STATEMENT yet this still wasn't enough for them. 2 days later, my account is still not active so I get onto the support team for a 2nd time, i'm assured the issue is fixed. lo and behold, its not fixed. onto the team for a third time where they finally fixed it.extremely scummy business practice, they should be shut down.

Absolutely shocking play. Chance of hitting features and bonus are next to nothing. The first day it gave me some good wins but took it faster then it gave. After that its just eating deposit after deposit. After spending thousands they slap my account with a 150 month restriction when I put my limits at 2500. Trustpilot seems to offer no way to edit my previous review, so I'm writing an addition separately. This God awful, rubbish site has excelled itself now, now becoming phenomenally slow. As usual, their utterly rubbish (in fact, nonexistent) 'Customer service' (sic) has failed miserably to reply to any of my emails. No doubt they'd come back with the usual rubbish about clearing caches and cookies-you know; because they can't be bothered to address the problem. It's just taken me fully TWENTY MINUTES to put a few simple multi bets on! The site has gone like a fart in a trance, and has been so for weeks. No other site suffers from this, so the problem is at their end. So much for advanced technology! Garbage!
