I'm a vip customer (id 302016576) and gambling in parimatch from 7yrs. Even then they've defrauded me with my casino balance. They've deducted 61,280 after wagering was done by mistake and when customer care query was raised also they're putting false aquisitions on me without realising their fault

Again in my user ID 296609285 withdrawal option is blocked. I have already given documents for verification and again shared via email. Still no response yet. Resolve it immediately

Dont play parimatch. They not give money if you win big.i won 10 lakhs in parimatch but they give only 188000 . Reaming amount write off. This site is pure cheating site. We don't have any legal options for money getting. Be careful. They given only small amount only.

Do not be fooled by Parimatch's fake polite replies here! Just 3 hours ago, they replied to my review claiming their support team would resolve the issue. But inside their platform, they have officially marked my ticket (ID: 108433880) as "RESOLVED" and closed the chat without crediting my ₹8,499.43 or replying to my emails!My bank successfully settled the money under UTR: 130653211285 to gateway paytm.s2ss9vj@pty way back on June 13. Parimatch is playing dirty games by closing communication channels and illegally stealing customer deposits.Since they have cheated me and closed my ticket, my bank (Karur Vysya Bank) has active legal UPI Chargeback trackers (KVBML05102614220267) running to forcefully freeze and reverse this amount from their Paytm gateway. Parimatch India is a complete fraud. Beware everyone, they will steal your money and lie to the public on Trustpilot!

Untill I was depositing above 40k amounts then it was getting credited and when suddenly I made a deposit of Rs. 15k INR it got successful from my bank account via Paytm UPI which is a instant transfer process but Parimatch side it got declined.I sent an email with all screenshot attached to all their email ids with the very first step from the receivers scan QR code page opening to payment done which is successful to UTR number mentioned to Attached slip, every single details I always take the screenshot as Parimatch is highly involved in scamming it own customer.I am playing in Parimatch almost I think 4 to 5 years and they do the same things repeatedly.Once the payment is successful from our end and Parimatch declined then they will ask to wait for 3 working days, then they will try to wait is almost 1 to months then they will ask bank statement then after that they will ask us to get bank letter.Their way of response is highly pathetic and unorganised. Your system/account continues to show the ₹6,156 withdrawal, while only ₹5,848.20 was actually credited to my bank account after the payment provider/bank charges.I have already provided the transaction details, UTR and supporting evidence. Despite this, the issue has remained unresolved for a prolonged period, and now the ticket has simply been closed without any refund, proper explanation, or final resolution.I therefore require Parimatch to provide a clear written response on the following:1. Why was my ticket closed when the financial dispute is still unresolved?2. Where is the remaining amount related to my ₹6,156 withdrawal?3. If any amount was deducted by the payment provider, provide the exact calculation and documentary explanation.4. If a cyber complaint, payment-provider dispute, or lien is still affecting this transaction, provide the complaint/reference number, current status, and the exact reason for the hold.5. If the funds cannot be credited immediately, confirm the exact process and responsible party for returning the funds to me.Please do not send another generic response stating that the matter is “with the expert team” or that I should continue waiting. Deposit of ₹500 via Paytm UPI on 18 Sept Not Credited till today . I'm a very old player of parimatch and I haven't faced such issue before but this time I'm totally feeling helpless as I'm continuously mailing parimatch support from the date I deposited funds and after providing all necessary documents including bank statement they are unable to fetch my funds . My experience with Parimatch has been extremely frustrating.On 29 August 2026, my ₹20,000 withdrawal was not credited to my bank account. On 9 September 2026, I made three deposits of ₹5,000, ₹2,000 and ₹1,000, but none were credited to my Parimatch account.I submitted screenshots, UTR details, payment proofs and my bank statement. Despite this, my tickets remained pending for 3 weeks and 4 days, were later marked resolved, and the funds were still not credited. Further tickets and emails were closed or ignored, with Parimatch claiming they had not received the funds.My bank confirmed the transactions and advised me to approach the Cyber Crime authorities. I will therefore visit the Cyber Crime Cell on Monday to file a formal complaint.I am sharing this experience to warn others to keep complete records of all transactions, screenshots, UTRs, bank statements, emails and ticket numbers. I personally would not recommend trusting this platform without being fully aware of the risks.

Myself Sunmeet singh sahni ,my parimatch id is 398822013.For the fourth time in the last month my deposit has stuck , everytime my deposit gets stuck it is credited by company after about 10 days.This time again my deposit of 2400 is stuck which was made on 27/09/2026 even though the parimatch team confirmed that the deposit was successfully processed from their end it has not been reflected in my parimatch account.o have been following up through repeated emails.they say different different things ,sometimes they say it is successfully processed and will be credited to parimatch account anytime and some other time they say that it had failed and money will be returned to my bank account.they asked me for payment receipt two times ,i provided that ,and also i have provided bank statement requested by them.still not got my money,please credit my deposit immediately Transaction reference number -240716135287Transaction date -27/9/2026
