my deposit of 10000 rs is missing from last 3 days and now my withdrawal of 22060 is not bein processed

I was deposited 28000 on sept 6th 2026 . Till day my account is not updated. Its showing zero in my Parimatch account. Raised ticket waited almost 27 days , without resolution they have closed my ticket.Totally fraud.

Parimatch is one of the worst websites I have ever come across. They seem to know nothing except how to cheat their customers.I requested a withdrawal of ₹20,000 on February 13, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. I have sent numerous emails and submitted my bank statement, but I have not received a proper response.Similarly, I deposited ₹10,000 on March 2, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. I have contacted their support team several times, but there has been no proper resolution.Dear friends, please stay away from this website. I have used many gaming websites, but I have never experienced such a terrible situation. Once you deposit money on this platform, getting it back can become a nightmare.I am sharing my personal experience to warn others. I am writing regarding my ₹800 deposit, which has still not been credited to my Parimatch account under Ticket #135710725.I have already provided the required information and payment details, yet I am repeatedly being told to wait. First, I was asked to wait for a few hours, then several days, and now I am continuously receiving the same response that the issue is being forwarded to the relevant team.This is extremely frustrating. My id 171302715On 29th sept I deposited for the the 1st time on parimatch. It was 3000 INR. I made the deposit through UPI QR. After selecting upi qr> phonepe> paid the money then came back submit the utr. But the deposit was not successful. It's till not credited in my account almost 3 days going to pass. I created a ticket on support. But it's not even checked. Mailing them continuously they Mailing back after hours with same answer WAIT and WAIT. Hoe much waiting need? All sites solve deposit issue within 24 hours and you guys taking weeks to solve. I don't even know it will ever be credited or not. I was attracted by smooth interface and fast working of parimatch site But now totally disappointed. They didn't even let me play. Really shameful. Guys who are going to play think twice. How stressful it Will be didn't getting your money after it's debited from bank account? And Mailing one after one. Day passing no resolution. So again think. Think more.

Fraud,Fraud and Fraud are the 3 magic words for parimatch after 4 long months they have proven that they were never interested to return my money.They actually wanted to eat away my money and they have done it.My player id is :- 275651747There was a balance of Rs10375 and they have written write off on it and taken away.

Do not trust Parimatch India! Your money is NOT safe on this platform. I made a successful UPI deposit of ₹8,499.43 on 13th June 2026. The money was immediately debited from my Karur Vysya Bank account via PhonePe under UTR: 130653211285 to their intermediary gateway (paytm.s2ss9vj@pty).I have already provided their support team with the official Bank Confirmation Letter and complete Bank Statement PDF under Case ID: 108433880. Even though my bank and the UPI network have officially certified that the transaction is 100% SUCCESSFUL, Parimatch is deliberately delaying and refusing to credit my wallet. Their system internal status shows "New" (Pending Settlement), meaning they are illegally holding customer funds in their gateway aggregator.I have officially lodged a legal UPI Chargeback Dispute through my bank under Interaction ID: KVBML23092614123597, and complaints are active with the National Cyber Crime Helpline (1930) and NPCI. This platform is causing an absolute deficiency of service and financial fraud. Avoid Parimatch India if you care about your hard-earned money!

My 2000 deposit money did int deposit into my account

Still not happy with the deposit failures and the process to resolve this issue. Waiting for 72 hours and the amount never returns to the account because the money successfully transferred to the receivers account. And only after waiting for 72 hours, you can submit the request. And then again wait for many days. This needs to be fixed.

I have experienced multiple failed transactions in the past where my money was deducted but never properly returned to my bank account. I ignored it earlier and continued using the platform, but this has gone too far now.Every time there is a payment issue, their support team asks for screenshots, UTR numbers, bank statements and other documents. We provide everything they request, only to be told to wait 3 business days. After waiting, they come back asking for a bank letter. Seriously? Why should a customer have to keep running around when the bank statement and UTR already clearly show that the money was debited?This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.I have screenshots, transaction details, UTRs and other proof showing that these payments were declined by Parimatch while the money was still deducted from my bank account. Yet the money is not credited to my account and, in many cases, is not properly refunded back to my bank either.I am now going to escalate this matter through the appropriate channels, including the relevant gambling authorities, stakeholders and brand representatives. I will provide all the evidence I have.Customers should not have to fight to get their own money back.I strongly advise people to think twice before depositing money on Parimatch. Based on my experience and the numerous similar complaints I have come across, the payment process is completely unacceptable.We are VIP customers and this is how we are treated.
