Guys..Stay away from this site; they are ripping people off, and bank accounts are getting frozen. I deposited payments twice (Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 1,000), but after I raised a ticket and waited 20 days, they claimed they hadn't received the payment and told me to contact my bank and provide them with a formal letter. They are Bloody Scammers.... Be Aware Guys.

My player id on parimatch is 727609878. My three transaction declined by parimatch and say refund in three days still not get the refund or reflect in gaming account. My deposits are 500, 800, and 2000. Two days before One of agent from parimatch says I get my deposit by end of day on 09/09/2026 but still I did not get any deposit. So it's looking a big payment fraud. So If I did not get my deposit by today I will complaint it to cyber crime department or if I get my deposits I will change my review and rating.ialready email many times. As the system indicates through phonepe, redirected to a website( payment provider) name Passion fruit like something. Then through phonepe paid on the upi provided. In that case what is my mistake but payment failed my money debited. Provided the payment utr and screenshot but not added till now. Today given the bank statement. Mailed your customer care a lot. And there's no problem from bank site. It's paid means money debited. After 3 business day (actually 5 days) passed so there's no refund I already mailed the bank statement so check it quickly and add my money. Give proper service instead of giving rototic reply here. Reply on mail faster.

Parimatch has blocked around 50 lakh of my money which i am not able to withdrawal despite of all documents verified. they are doing this scam to me because i have won against them even still i am on 25lakh of loss and nobody is helping me out in this.
