Parimatch— player complaints: 506 in English

Very disappointed with my experience with Parimatch. I made a ₹15,000 withdrawal through UPI to my bank account, and the withdrawal was marked as “Completed” on my Parimatch account. However, even after 29 days, the money has still not reached my bank account. I contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times and also sent them an email explaining the issue, but I have still not received a proper resolution or a clear response. I have asked them to provide the UPI UTR/RRN or proof of payment so that I can verify the transaction with my bank, but I have not received the information I need. It is extremely frustrating to see a ₹15,000 withdrawal marked as completed when the money has not actually reached my account. The lack of communication and customer support has been very disappointing. I am posting this review to share my experience and hopefully get a proper response from Parimatch. I simply want them to provide valid proof that the payment was actually transferred or resolve the missing withdrawal and ensure that my ₹15,000 is credited back to me. Parimatch User ID: 226503179.

I have deposited RS.1500 on 16/09/2026Yesterday And I have deposited RS.1500 on 17/09/2026 today, Both of the amount still not credited to my Wallet and I raised the ticket also it's still not credited. I waited for a while, as generally it reflects within 5-10 mins but its been almost 5 days now, and the status still shows pending when i try to contact support. My transaction ID is 622596846820. Player id : 468392719- first : company suspended my tickets and now are under review for 1095 days ( 2 months till now nothing changed ) they put on suspended tickets only winning tickets and they dont give expletation except telling is "under investigation" and have the right to ask for odd 1 after 3 years They can suspend your games when they want and you like a player can't do anything- second : after playing a lot of money and get near vip status they freeze the bonus / vip / tournament system and they don't give expletation for anything just says its rule 3.4 in T&S that i never broke .In the end the result is that they do what they want and they give 0 reasons and as always if win you don't take the money if lose you lose the money For me is kind of scammers that allow you to play a bit then they shut you down.
