My withdrawn money has not arrived yet. It has been sent to Parimatch but it has not arrived in my bank account.

The status of the withdrawal for the amount of 4500 inr has approved in the game account but my bank. Does not reflected.i request for the utr to track from my bank but I didn't receive any information. I have been a Parimatch customer for almost 5 years, but this has been the most frustrating customer support experience I have ever had.On 18 July 2026, I attempted to deposit ₹6,000 into my Parimatch account. The transaction immediately showed "Failed" on Parimatch, but ₹6,000 was successfully deducted from my bank account.I was initially told to wait 3 business days because the money would automatically return to my bank account. It never did.After that, I created Ticket #117573545.Support asked me to provide my bank statement and UPI transaction screenshot, which I submitted immediately. I fully cooperated and provided every document they requested.From that point onwards, my life became one endless cycle of being told to "please wait."For the next 18 days, I contacted live support almost every other day hoping for a real update. Every single conversation ended exactly the same way:"Our experts are reviewing your case.""Please wait.""Your request has been escalated.""We appreciate your patience."Not once during those 18 days did anyone provide a meaningful update or explain what was actually happening.Then, after 18 days, something unbelievable happened.My ticket was suddenly marked "Resolved."The problem?I still had not received my ₹6,000.Thinking there had to be some mistake, I immediately contacted live support again.This time I was told something completely different.The support agent claimed that the refund had already been processed from Parimatch's side and that my bank would be able to trace the funds.Naturally, I asked for the refund details.I asked for:Transaction reference number (UTR/RRN/ARN)Processing datePayment provider detailsAny proof that the refund had actually been sentInstead of answering, the support agent simply stopped replying.After around 15 minutes of silence, the chat was abruptly closed without answering a single one of my questions.I contacted support again immediately.This time, another agent told me that the Financial Team is still reviewing my case.So which one is true?Has the refund already been processed?Or is the Financial Team still reviewing it?How can my ticket be marked Resolved if another support agent is telling me that the Financial Team is still working on it?Nothing about this makes sense.The worst part is not even the ₹6,000.It is the complete lack of transparency.For 18 days, I received almost nothing except generic template responses.Then my ticket was closed without me receiving my money.Then I was told the refund had already been processed.Then I was told the Financial Team was still reviewing it.These are completely contradictory statements.As I write this review, I still have not received my ₹6,000, and despite the ticket being marked as resolved, I have absolutely no proof that any refund has actually been initiated.I sincerely hope this issue is eventually resolved.If Parimatch returns my money and provides a proper explanation, I will gladly update this review.Until then, this has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I have ever had.Ticket: #117573545Update: Now after 18days they are telling me "117573545-We have carefully checked your deposit in our system, but we have not yet received your transaction. I am so sick, my user id: 348527977 and my ticket id 117859970 resolved today but amount not received, what's going on behind the screen I don't know but this is totally unfair with users, this is very painful situation for me each day from last 17 days, I followed up my case with customers support and with specialist and yesterday some one picked my ticket after 15 days and yesterday it was in review by billing team and today ticket is showing resolved without getting my withdrawal or refund ? There are very big issues in deposit and withdrawal of money, I faces after deposit of 7500 rs money deducted but not credited and same day I request withdrawal 10000rs by bank transfer but amount not credited, I am trying last 20 days through mail and I provided all supportive documents but every time same reply ' our team trying '.
