Excuse my spelling of the member of the customer care team *visak) I belive his name was, he was so understanding sympathetic and patient with my issue and he was very detailed in how to change my experience moving forward on the website so I can enjoy the website more and I have to say he was extremely helpful and made me feel like a customer again 😀 I look forward to see the outcome of my issue soon and I have to say Paddy Power is the best website for customer care amazing offers and taking advice on how to improve its websites for customers not only do they listen but they put your ideas into action.Very pleased 😊
