They sent a sms with promises of bonuses henceforth a certain wager and still waiting on above mentioned.Not to mention the absence of any communication or assistance...none

I would give this site 5 stars for prompt payouts but I won last night and have to wait 48 hours to get £50.

The gaming side is absolutely fine but just like all the other reviews their customer service is by far the worst, takes around 40 minutes of waiting on the screen and then generally given a copy and paste message without looking at your actual question or concern or brushed off. Happened a few times now where I've had issues or queries regarding a withdrawal but never actually receive support. Yesterday the status of my withdrawal moved to "processing approved" with a timestamp but hours later the status went backwards so no longer approved and with the original withdrwwal request timestamp. Makes no sense and queried this with support who just said it's being processed and the bot says it's been paid. Issues sometimes are understandable but with no explanation or acknowledgement etc I'm left in the dark

Money can’t be withdrawn and is stuck on submitting. After a long time waiting for live chat and speaking to rude staff, they are now requesting proof of identity for payout even though my account was automatically verified on sign up. No communication of this was made to me either - I had to contract live chat with a long wait just to find out this information. Unacceptable! No responses to my emails. Still not paying out. They should be requesting these documents at sign up and not leading players down a false sense of winning then denying payouts due to verification and if can’t provide one of their listed docs. I don’t have photo ID or a passport and they won’t let me submit any alternative so are withholding my rightful winnings. I just want my money and to close the account at this point. Avoid if you can.

If I could leave less than one I would….i was promised a refund of my balance last Thursday during a live chat, it is now Tuesday 5th and still no refund, I have used LinkedIn to email the CEO….and his personal email ANTHONY WERKMAN…he is also as bad as the company he represents nothing not even an acknowledgment of my complaint….please please please stay away from this company they are a disgrace…and have absolutely no clue how to respond or treat customers…they will respond to this by putting me back in touch with a chat and it is totally pointless….shameful company and do not give them your money!!!!!!! 10 days ago I won £500 on betway whilst playing 12 nights of terror from the cash splash prize drop via the x wins tourment link on the promotions page. My prize was not credited. All information and evidence requested was provided and it was escalated 4 days ago and im being told on live chat its still open and they awaiting feedback from gwming provider. Its been 10days!!!!
