i opened an account with betway a few weeks back opted into B.O.G promotion. and noticed after backing a number of losers and finally backing a winner the winning bet had not been settled at B.O.G, and after contacting the help desk I was told because i deposited the initial £350 deposit via trustify UK LTD, i am not entitled to any free bets or B.O.G offering, My response to this was, so why have i not been informed and why is TRUSTIFLY UK LTD listed at the top of the list as one of the ways to deposit funds on the betway deposit/withdrawal funds page , if betway had bothered to explain to me on account opening promotions and B.O.G are only available to those that deposit via paypal - or doing a direct bank transfer i would of done it, so i have just removed the remaining balance of £286 to bring account my account to zero, and my future betting will now go to the likes of Hills, Bet365, Betfred, PP, who are happy to offer me B.O.G on single and multiple horse racing wagers after 8am

Something isn’t right I have deposited well over £100 and I finally won which was £250. I’ve now been waiting over a week for this withdrawal and I can’t get in touch with any proper customer support. All I can think of is that this must not be genuine.

I wrote a review about misleading sign up information and betting rewards on betway. I am still angry i have been mislead and cheated out of £40 free bets. Does anyone know the best way to complain and also make sure others dont have the same experience. I would have been happier if Stephanie from live chat had not been so condesending after Charne who i previously talked to explained everything was in order.Advice please people 😀

avoid this bookie if you don't want to lose your money. I played on their NZ website and even won some money (around +100 NZD). I placed a withdrawal and the next day my account got closed. I never received any emails regarding that. They just closed my account without any words and stole my money. Of course I cannot reach their support via chat nor email. Betway is really messing around. I have won but can't withdraw. They always telling mee that account is under review. This is happening from Friday last week.. They told me on Saturday that it will take 48 to 72 hours.. It's been whole week now . It's ok for them when we deposit or reverse money's to play but it's hard for a payout ... No other way too contact them beside these useless agents that tells you same thing over and over again

Stay away! Waiting on a withdrawal that hasn’t even been processed after 4 days. Live chat is useless- no other way of contacting. I decided to give bwtway a go as it had a good offer advertised bet £10 recieve £40 in free bets. I placed a £10 bet at the required odds but recieved no free bets after sevral conversations on live chat they just stated i was not getting my free bets but refused to explain why. Do not use this app as i believe they faulsley advertise try paddy pawer or ladbrokes. Terrible customer service
