As others have said the customer service is non existant and needs looking into, like seriously, another thing is the free spin wheel, 12 days in a row, I have landed on 1 spin for the free wheel and then when I spend £10 it lands on 5, this if it was really randomised would be a million to one shot. I was trying to withdraw £30 through apply pay but it’s showing the error and not going through. I tried drifferent method to withdraw the money but still showing the same erroe and asked to use the same method of deposit. I tried with bank transfer but still it’s showing me the same error. I won 16k on the 23rd July. I was asked for documents which I supplied. Since then Ive been asked for the same docs and I have given them. Ive sent around 15 emails, to support, to OPs and the Uk manager. I dont even get a response. Now my transactions have disappeared off the history. This company is a joke. My betway account was hacked and they even changed my logins number, i tried getting help with no luck and everytime i try changing my account number "login number" it will say something went wrong and betway is not helping me.

Actual thieves. Made a deposit which cleared my bank but betway didnt credit my account. Thrn they said it has credited their account but they need to investigate why my balance wasnt updated. Its been 3.5 weeks already and thry have not returned my money. Thieves. Crooks.

I got a template reply back within one minute that pointed me to the FAQ page and answered nothing. I wrote again with numbered questions. Same template, same one minute. I tried a second published address. Same template again.The Help Centre form everyone gets pointed to requires logging into an account. Mine is the account I can't log into.I'm not arguing with any decision Betway has made. I don't even know what the decision is. Nobody has told me whether my account is closed, suspended, or under review, or why. I've asked for a complaint reference number three times and never received one.All I want is to be told the reason and to get my own deposits back. Unfortunately have been a victim of the same scam others have reported. They let you set up an account. Tell you it’s been activated so you feel safe to deposit. Let you deposit only to instantly lock your account. After contacting customer services I was asked to send th ID documents but then still don’t unlock your account. Please be aware. I am now worried both my details and money have now been stolen. This should not be allowed!! There is no way for me to reply and you have not sent me a private message. Why are you trying to make it look like you are willing to help me? You ignore all my emails!!!
