Waiting 2 weeks to get money paid out and still no sign..trying send emails but only getting bots...do not sign up scam

Terrible experience to withdraw money. The interface is just dreadful. And good luck with the customer service support. At this point I am accepting I lost $1,150 due to their inability to get me back my funds. Do not recommend, stay away

I opted for the £40 in free bets sports welcome offer. After my qualifying bet had settled, I did not receive them. I tried to find out why but couldn't get passed the totally useless chatbot. I requested to speak to a person but got nowhere, so I gave up. I then tried to wager on a bet with boosted odds. Whatever I tried I was told my stake exceeded the maximum allowed (min. Stake was 20p but it wouldn't even allow this). I tried to speak to someone but again couldn't get passed the exceptionally useless chatbot. I then decided to give up and withdraw the £10 I deposited - I'm still waiting - it's stuck on 'submitted'.

This site is a big no no. I signed up using the free bet offer, deposited and placed my £10. Then instantly the app crashed, I obviously shut and reopened the app to log back in. When I tried to login it says ‘your account is locked’. That’s right as soon as I have trusted them as bookies and parted with my cash. BANG LOCKED. I was told that it was because of verification. So I happily sent through all my documents(something that you don’t have to do on any other reportable bookies- instant verification upon deposit). And now has now been well over a week and still nothing, the customer service team virtually does nothing to help and the system is frankly flawed avoid avoid avoid!!!

BETWAYExtremely disappointed with Betway. I made a withdrawal on 31/08/2026, but I never received my voucher PIN.What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened to me. I have experienced this issue before, yet it seems nothing has been done to properly resolve it.I have tried contacting Betway multiple times through phone calls, emails, and live chat, but I have received no proper assistance. The live chat is especially frustrating because I cannot even get an agent to respond to me.It has now been weeks, and I am still without my voucher PIN or a satisfactory explanation. I should not have to repeatedly chase a company to resolve an issue with my withdrawal.Very poor customer service and extremely frustrating experience. After experiencing the same problem more than once, I am seriously disappointed with Betway and the lack of support provided to customers.

I have a bad experience with betway..I have been using the platform for over 4 years but recently your platform has a lot of glitches...I have been losing my money..someone has been withdrawing my money from my account and when you report this matter they tell you to reset your password...and to get an agent you need to wait close to an hour...your platform is very terrible!!! Do something about it because we losing our money!!!

Terrible customer service……I withdrew £30 to the wrong account and I needed help. Not only is the AI completely useless and pretty much programmed to say certain things and not answer any real questions you have, you also don’t have a contact number and to make matters worse all withdrawals are final so pretty my money is in a void thanks for that✌️

Very similar to others in that I signed up via welcome bones to deposit and wager £20, did this and completed all terms only to be told twice that I had successfully completed the promotions and free spins would be credited within the next hour or two. Six hours later and nothing so I contacted again, to then be told the operations team had deemed me illegible for the promotion but would not say way and then immediately closed the live chat. This is against multiple UK Gambling Commission laws, as well as UK Licence Condition and Codes of Practice and so will be getting raised externally as traders cannot provide blanket or completely lacking reasons for not providing winnings or bonuses from advertised promotions. A lack of email makes it impossible to chase further but it will be repeatedly chased as this is quite literally illegal on a multitude of clauses.

Terrible customer service and i lose everything...

I would give a -5 Star if possible, utterly awful customer service. I deposited and wagered on casino under a sign-up bonus and upon completion was not credited my free spins. Upon contacting support I was told that I would be credited the free spins within the hour, after waiting 6 hours I contacted customer service again, in order to ask what happened and I was told my account had been excluded from the promotion after wagering had already been completed. Complete and utter sham of a website and company, waste of time and money.

I honestly don’t know if the reviews are left by folk who havnt had sufficient ID documents to enable them to withdraw or whatever but I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience from BETWAY casino. Deposited via bank transfer and even thought bank transfer withdrawals state between 3-12 days my cash was with me within an hour. I’m impressed and funnily enough would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CASINO :)

I am furious with this company, first I couldn't get my winnning they said a technical issue, then I’ve got 20 mega spins and &20 cash rewards which should have been in my account, firstly I was told again issues regarding spins and promos, then nothing for a few days then 5 free spins appeared, I then queried this to be told that I did not qualify for the promo, which I clearly did because I have a screen shot of it and the transaction history of spending which I qualified. The another person said yes they are having issues and I should receive my rewards and I said can you see I have the rewards and she said yes you have got them and she will escalate the issue. Then I received email from support saying I did not qualify and the person was incorrect for telling me on chat that I had them.I once again sent a copy of the rewards and still they will not give them absolutely shocking. My whole experience has been appalling it took 6 weeks to verify my id after I had made a deposit. When you finally restated my account you have blocked my withdrawal from the 29th August claiming it is under review, I’ve contacted your customer service on multiple occasions and get different reasons as to why the withdrawal is withheld with a refusal to escalate my issue. I’ve been met with rudeness and most conversations hung up on with the response thanks for your understanding.You have no right to withhold my winnings like this and to waste so much of my time by myself having to repeatedly chase your very unhelpful customer service team. I expect my withdrawal to be actioned as soon as possible and some compensation awarded for the huge amounts of time that you have wasted.
