I never thought I would experience …
I never thought I would experience what everybody has from reading the reviews but low and behold.. After finally going a small winning streak, everything changed with these scamming mf's. NOW just out of the blue I dont receive withdrawals right away.. I have to wait 4 hours then reach out to customer service to expedite my withdrawal.. I swear I sincerely hope files a law suit one day and put them out of business.. They are BUSH LEAGUE and the fact that they can get away with it is crazy.. You will always REAP WHAT YOU SOW.. Their day will come.. You can't treat people anyway you want and especially when there is money involved.. Trash a$$ company. FUQ them..

Stay away as they only there for customers to only lose money. As soon as you begin to win, they restrict your account and also deny you cash out as if doing you favour. They’ll come with all excuses and eventually close your account on permanent exclusion. This not gambling company but deliberate stealing company.

After 3 days of inactivity, I logged into my account and a message popped up saying I had exceeded 16 hours of usage time... and some malicious trolls and gremlins from the support team blocked my account without the possibility of reactivating it... embarrassing website, I do not recommend it

Gone down hill massively. Ive used Bet365 for over 10 years. As someone previously mentioned, they used to be the best bookies. Bonuses, fast deposits/withdrawals, nowadays they're awful. Ive stopped receiving bonuses. The customer service stinks, the apps laggy. I deposited £20 yesterday morning at approx 1030 UK time. My account got restricted for some reason. Missed the entire opening day of tbe season. Woke up this morning, still restricted, cant even withdraw the money to elsewhere and im very strict with how muxh i deposit. Money taken ransom with no explanation and no time frame of when it'll be sorted. Also, customer service just C+P the same bulls***.Go elsewhere people, this bookies has fell off. PP miles better.

Well embarrassing is the only word I can use to describe bet 365, obviously since the new tax changes being implemented in April it’s absolutely impossible to to win anything on the slots doesn’t matter what day…time…or stake you play there’s no fun at all just deposing for hundreds and hundreds of dead spins, here’s a good one for you after doing 190 spins on a £2 stake on Fishin frenzy big catch to then finally get the scatters and all it pays is 50 pence….says one thing pure rigged, this I just one recent experience but there’s way more than this, thankfully I’ve finally seen sense to stop playing your corrupt games.
