bet365 is a waste of time with rubbish customer service, corrupt markets and false odds. william hill has much better customer service and looks after punters rather than fleecing them. with a 1 star review i should have checked before i enrolled.

I deposited £2k and was up £3k so had £5k to withdraw and they banned me and won't let me withdraw my money, no reason given.

Absolute trash. I deposit money and try and make a bet after a year away from app (use DK and FD) and still major issues. AI Agent absolutely useless. Tells me it will connect to live agent, never did. I call the number and wait about 10 minutes for the live agent to tell me he, and nobody else can help right now. Huh?! WTH?! I’m told to try the Live Chat again, what a joke. Seeing a 1.7 review rating makes sense. This app will be bankrupt very soon.

absolutely the worst major casino brand out there. they give you free spins upon sign up where u have to sign in multiple days to collect them but the spins are rigged so that you don't really win anything off them. over the past 5-6 days they gave between 50-100 spins each day and usually I win $1-$2. this makes us players not trust this site since we know they rig games. Im in Alberta, This casino is by far the worst casino ive ever played at. Ive never written a review before so the fact im going out of my way to say something to the public, i hope means something. Ive been using this casino for a few years now and ive noticed as time goes on, you will not win. Ever. It never use to be like this either. I know alot of people will probably think "the house always wins" or "your probably down on your luck" but no. It is visibly noticeable their games are beyond rigged in comparison to other casinos ive used. As of their most recent update, they completely wiped all user gaming history, they got rid of SEVERAL of their games, they no longer offer bingo or poker which is ridiculous, and their withdrawal processing went from almost instant to having to wait over 24 hours for a withdrawal to come through my account. And thats just some of the RECENT problems! There's STILL ongoing problems since they introduced their authentication app, their loyalty prize matcher game is rigged, you might have to go through withdrawal technical difficulties if your a new consumer, they offer no legitimate loyalty rewards which i feel is an absolute rip off, and they have options to deposit that will not work (ive experienced problems with mastercard of any kind).If I could make my review 0☆, I wouldI cant express enough how awful this casino is ever since I first signed up for it. Used this for years and its solid. Few little details that annoy me starting woth this. Whenever you have a football/soccer game and its live, why cant you show the league table every time? It's only really there for the big leagues. I think if you are advertising it you should be able to see the league table. Its easy to Google so why isnt it an option on the app for every single game you have in play. Get that sorted and it will be a 5 star review.

One of the worst experiences ive had, I sign up then (bam), im hit with the dreaded verify location, I did. Then I am asked to download a app called Radar Verify, and yet again it asks me to verify my location. Every time I go to play the slots it pops up before I can play. I go thru all the steps to speak to a live person in tech support not once but twice only to be told ill have to wait another 5 to 10 mins, this comming after going thru all this prior for 35 mins...... such a poor poor set up if they cant do any better then this they need to find another line of business to work with.
