Bet365 is sending me unsolicated text…
Bet365 is sending me unsolicated text in violation of FCC law. I did not authorize or approve to be sent any text. The may be thinking I'm the person that formally had my number. However, they are required to verify the number before sending solication through the Reassigned Numbers Database. I have filed a complaint with the FCC. I hope they get fined

My account was closed with no notice…
My account was closed with no notice and no reason given. I had never received a warning or a verification request beforehand. I always placed small, regular bets. I asked in writing for the reason for the closure and a review of the decision, and I am waiting for a reply. The service is fine while everything goes well, but there is no transparency and no recourse once your account is closed. Worth keeping in mind before choosing this site.

Tried to open a new account and they said my new account has been closed and can't be reopened. I tried to chat with support and they didn't have any further information. They just said they have the right to close any accounts. They are a scam. They advertise deals but don't allow you to make an actual account.

Unfortunately I have to agree with all the 1 star reviews. Their slots are horrendous. I played 100 60p spins on Cops and Robbers. Finally got the bonus and it paid me £8.20. They lure you in with free spins. Please avoid if you don't want to lose your money.

I don’t believe the odds to be correct on the slots. Spending over £150 and not activating the bonus or any decent win.

The football score intentionally lags behind the actual live score, so it is difficult to relay on what is on their website. I will never play here.

Frustrating, unhelpful, and not worth the hassle
My experience with Bet365 has been genuinely poor. What should be a simple service feels unnecessarily difficult, especially when you need support or clarity around your account. The customer service comes across as scripted and unhelpful, with very little effort to actually resolve anything. The site is polished when it wants your money, but the moment there is a problem, everything becomes slow, vague, and frustrating. It feels like the user experience is built around convenience for Bet365, not the customer.I would not recommend it. There are better platforms out there with clearer processes, better support, and a lot less stress. For me, Bet365 has been a disappointing experience from start to finish.

From Texas to Arizona to bet and couldn’t
I flew from Texas to Arizona just to place a large bet on bet365 and turns out the maximum bet allowed on a parlay was only 20 dollars and on a single bet wager it was 1,028. I deposited 18k to gamble and the withdrawal process took over 4 hours. I had no time to place another bet elsewhere. I do not recommend this site at all. I wish I seen the reviews first
