As many have said just diabolical on the slots. Used for a few months now and never known a site where you just constantly lose, it's a miracle to get a bonus and if you do it's always below 20x😂 literally just choose any other site because the RTPs are trash and a lie, who would of thought a 'big' company was the dodgiest. Got more chance of catching a flying pig then cashing out on the slots.

Technically I’m up here. This site had potential, the unique games and rtp seemed to be there.Until I went to withdraw, waiting on a 500 dollar withdrawal, total deposits are 150, I’m 4 days in and they can’t process someone winning 350 dollars? it takes 4 days to process that?…. Not a good look. It seems like common practice for them and I hope everyone puts in a complaint with their local regulator. So stealing as much money as possible as quick as possible is more valuable than long term players? Unfortunate, I woulda stayed here.

Bet365 have become one of the most crooked operations in the UK. Lose repeatedly, and they'll never say a word. But win a decent bet, and they'll demand bank statements....and after reviewing them they will declare that THEY believe the bet was too big for your income and you shouldn't have made it. So they WON'T PAY YOU.Of course, if the bet had lost, they'd laugh in your face if you asked for the money back since you "couldn't afford a bet of that size". The management of this company belong in prison, not in business.Bet365 will close ANY account of anyone they think is not a total mug. So if you have an account open, by DEFINITION, B365 have labeled you as a total mug. Congratulations.Close your account and never look back. Let thieves like this (and that's EXACTLY what they are) go broke.

Player gets injured first possession , I get a text my money is refunded based on the injury , go into my account and the money is there and the wager said “ won “. !! Tried to place a wager $100 , insufficient funds . So the wager return is given bank as basically “ play money “ Needless to say I closed my account , way too many better reputable sites , we don’t need this one . Advice would be get out BEFORE they take your hard earned cash

Not singing off the same song sheet.
I had a build-a-bet running on the Nothingham Forest Vs Coventry game 19/09/2026. I cashed out after Igor Jesus (the super sub for Dan ndoye) commited a foul in the 85/86th minute. The only result that hadn't landed when I cashed out was a foul by frank Onyenka. Onyenka commited a foul in the 66/67th minute of the game but bet365 failed to show this. Bet365 reviewed this and admitted the failure the next day. Therefore I cashed out well after the foul had already happened so at the point I cashed out the bet had won and I was forced into a cash out because of a failure by the bet365 system. Upon review by the settlement review team they found the cash out was correct as Frank onyeka had not commited the foul at that point. After speaking to someone they stated a different reason the best can't be paid out so now I'm left completely in the lurch over a failing by them. Be careful using this site.

They are a complete scam. Go to a reputable casino… the odds still won’t be in your favour but at least you aren’t being completely scammed. These guys use magnets in their roulette wheels etc..
