Hi, My name is Josh Mulready. I have an account with Bet36. My account currently has $1,440 in funds. Bet365 has banned my account and refused to withdraw my funds, and they have also blocked my email, preventing me from contacting them directly. They claim that I duplicated my account, which is not true. I am requesting assistance in recovering my funds and resolving this issue, as I have been unfairly denied access to my account and money. They paused my e transfer which costed A $400 win and then I ended up losing $2300 as I had to deposit from my visa as they are purposely holding e transfers on purpose so you use your credit card. When you use your credit card it’s a cash advance fee. I never had this issue once with bet365 only when I used there other app “Tonybet”. And now it’s been 5 hours they took 500$ from my account. And it’s still not in my bet365 account. I am so disappointed in this app now and until this is resolved. I will leave reviews everywhere as I have a big social media following
