I deposited money on the account an placed an 10 dollar bet I received 365 dollars in bonus bets then they closed my account for no reason an it is not able to be reopened and they won’t tell me why

Absloloute shit app, they let you deposite your money without problems but when you want to make a bet, the site or app, their platform you are using just desides to scramble your bet to zero, try again and it does the same. Customer service help? Forget it bro.

Horrible experience! Spent hundreds of thousands and they block my account! When I asked them to completely remove my account as I will go elsewhere they say they are keeping my account open to retain my personal information. Please be advised that under applicable privacy legislation, retaining personal data after a request for complete account closure and removal without a lawful, active regulatory hold is unacceptable. I expect my account details to be fully removed, and I will be pursuing legal action otherwise.

DON’T USE BET365! After spending a substantial amount on their site and never receiving play bonuses or any notices about a VIP program I decided to message support and ask if BET365 provided these things. Instead of answering my question the support agent asked me if my losses were affordable (which I said yes to) and asked me to speak to the “responsible gaming team”. I told him all I needed was an answer to the two questions I asked. I had also waited about 5-10 minutes for each reply only to be told nothing. After refusing to speak to that team as I was losing my patience after 15-20 minutes, they banned my account immediately. No reason whatsoever. Spend your money on Fanduel, Betmgm, and DraftKings. Didn't let me withdraw my money from bonus bets. Customer service acknowledged that I tried to get money out but gave no reason as to why this was denied. They just stole the $140 realizing it isn't enough money for me to get an attorney. The BBB has also cited this company for illegal practices in New Jersey. The government had to force Bet365 to pay some of its winnings, for example.

Won big over a week and they refused to pay me out $65000. When I got mad they closed my account.

Honestly I can't tell you how bad this site has got over the last month. I am topping up constantly and tend to stick to 2 slots in particular. For weeks I have not had a bonus on the "Catch the robbers, the Getaway" slot. You have to get coloured batons on the reels and they hit the robbers & if they fall over you get a bonus.
