They deserve 0stars, I had an self ban for 6months, till 1.10.2026 I contact them to unblock me, they said I have to put A limit bla bla and wait 24hours I waited and still blocked then they told me to wait 4more days, and then they told me 7 more days and that I dont have a limit but I already put a limit 5days ago, they are scammers and unprofesional, there are a lot of sites that You, can play William sh1t You are not special, and Your slots are rigged, Hope You lose all Your money dogs.

Anyone thinking of playing William Hill…
Anyone thinking of playing William Hill slots, let this sink in. I played £20 (100 spins at 20p per spin) and it paid one 10p line pay and absolutely nothing else. Now i know theres no guarantee of winning but even by low RPT standards Hills are really at the complete bottom now - totally embarrassing this firm is still trading with so many similar reviews, just an endorsement of utter ineptitude if the gaming commission and government that assembles supposed regulatory authorities.

Why can't you play fair instead of rigging accounts and always the same players win no matter what cards you have. Disgusting obviously rigged poker.

The worst value of all the high street chains as nobody gets best odds guaranteed, took 11/2 about treble bass wins 12/1, almost every single price in a morning is shorter than finishing sp. Horrible experience. A William hill customer for 3 years then 2 weeks ago I’m restricted to withdraw anything while they carry out kyc checks. I can still deposit and bet but not withdraw. Horrible horrible way to treat a customer. I’m finished with them.
