Really terrible experience, during the snooker championships I did several bets 1 was live match evens I placed the bet few mins before the game started £450 they took my money, then my player started scoring they returned my money void another £36 live bet my player win return should have been £72 they took the money also I try to cash out several times system error void they scammed just over £1000 then said I placed bet on wrong player I have fotos and offered me £30 free bet, cancel your account if you win anything substantial they will find a way not to pay look at reviews all bad, Ladbroke paddy power much better

I had a winning Bet with William Hill online and they have 'Refused' to honour by Bett?I have been in contact with there 24hr service team(A1) and they keeping telling the Team are looking in to this matter?They have taken my Bet and my money and have not honoured my winnings. William Hill online is an absolute Scam.I won a Bet and I withdraw my winnings and surprise surprise they have not paid me up to now? 😅It keeps saying ' In Process'I have waited for over a week and nothing has happened.It is over £300.I tried customer service online and there AI is Shambolic.They have not honoured my Bet and they are not to be Trusted.I advice all who like to have a bet is to avoid 'William Hill at all cost.Thankfully all there High street branches are closing and so pleased the Government have increased on the amount they owe in taxes. 👍I strongly advice that in the future they honour and pay there customers. I’ve repeatedly provided the information requested and have evidence to prove it, yet I’m still being told that I haven’t provided it.Then came the £20 offer to close the complaint.I declined.This isn’t about accepting £20 and making the problem disappear. It’s about the principle and the absolutely appalling way this complaint has been handled. I raised it in May, chased it again in June, supplied the requested information, provided screenshots, escalated it further — and I’m still being given the same response.The live chat experience hasn’t helped either. Some of the responses are so robotic and generic that it genuinely feels like you’re communicating with AI rather than someone actually reading and understanding what you’re saying.I’ve now accepted that I’m probably never going to receive the bonus or any potential winnings that could have resulted from it. What I haven’t accepted is being repeatedly told I didn’t provide information that I can literally prove I provided.William Hill, you have turned what should have been a straightforward issue into months of unnecessary hassle.Extremely poor communication. It’s been eight days now and I’ve rang them and emailed them about my winnings which should of been paid in my account 3/5 days and I’m still not getting anywhere keep saying they are looking into it the bet was 2.000 pounds so what should I be doing next I’ve already said I want a full inquiry into this and would like to make a formal complaint about this but they don’t seem to be emailing me back

It’s been the seventh day now this company hasn’t paid my winnings in my account yesterday I went to the shop where I placed my bet with my receipt and asked the lad behind the counter that my bet still hasn’t cleared so he phoned in the shop to ask what was happening and someone on the phone said it would be cleared for midnight I’ve just woke to check my bank account and it still hasn’t been paid I got my receipt on Sunday because there wasn’t enough cash in the till at the time I’ve emailed this company and they said I t would take 5 working days. Is it me or has this company done the same to anyone else making them wait for there winnings I’ve emailed a few times now and they are saying it’s could take to Monday And have been told to email them back if it’s not in

Hi I placed a bet at a local William hill bookmaker on Sunday when I went to collect my winnings the lad behind the counter said there wasn’t enough in the till to pay me so he asked if I’d want it paid back in my bank account I asked him how long would it take to clear and he replied 2-3 days it’s Thursday now and hasn’t still cleared why is this when I was told 2-3 days why do these bookmakers hold on to the money owed me for so long shouldn’t they pay interest on it for holding out winnings
