Due to a system error on the WH app the wagering did not register. Despite meeting the requirement I was told that I would not receive the bonus. It was acknowledge that partial wager had taken place by customer service. However the bonus then suddenly disappeared and now miraculously the bonus never even existed in their records even though I have live chat evidence of their customer service chat confirming my wagering to it.
