Dear Sir/Madam, i hope this finds you well. My complaint is about Tipbet where i have created an account some months ago. At some point, i tried to bet on some events and they said to me that my account is pending for a reason i do not know. this was around first of October. I tried to communicate with them with several emails until now asking why i cannot bet, make deposit or withdraw my money and their asnwer was always the same," your account is pending" without explaining anything. The total amount in my account is 1.012,92 euros. but as i have taken the bonus when i sighned up, i should have bet some specific amount which i did not reach because i cannot obviously. So they say that the withdrawal amount is 344,17 euros. I would like to ask you if you can do something about it and help me withdraw my money which they retain whithout a purpose so long. The reason I first contact with tipbet. com support is this: I made a bet on 28.07.2017 at tipbet.com for the following two football matches : SC Waterloo Region vs Milton SC/28.07.2017/ and Royal Toronto FC vs Scarborough SC/28.07.2017/. My bet become a winning one and I won the amount of 7640 euro. After that I tried to collect my winnings and understand that my account has been blocked from tipbet.com, without any explanation and for no reason. I havent done anything wrong or illegal, my money to be blocked by tipbet.com. When I connected with their support team I demanded tipbet.com to transfer to me my winnings of 7640 euro, which has been blocked in my account for no reason and without no explanation for 26 months and 17 days.I texted to them several times but they dont give me a legal reason or an explanation for blocking my account and for not letting me to collect my money. They have no legal right to do that to me and not transferring me my honestly won money . I requested my account to be closed in June. It never was and I mangaged to login and deposit. I informed them after they kept ignoring me and they apologised only returned 59 euro and guaranteed me by email that my account is completely closed and all access is blocked. This was by a vip manager on the 26th of August. Yesterday I again managed to login and went to the deposit page which all worked fine. My claim is simply that TipBet took my money that i had won fairly from their bonus offer. I had won over 1900 euros that i made a withdrawal for 04/08/19. They sent me an email 06/08/19 stating that my withdrawal had been cancelled due to incomplete wagering of the bonus, Which is wrong because i wagered it 20x my deposit, just like the rules said, which is why when i won, the bonus money turned into real money and the bonus was marked as completed. That is when i verified my account and went for the withdrawal. Anyways, yesterday i contacted their online live support, where they then stated that my money was taken from me because i did not complete the bonus in 1month after the deposit, which is true. My bonus was marked as active until 31/07/19. They say this was because of a technical difficulty. They said that their terms state that the bonus must be completed within 30 days, and thats why they took my money away from me. I consider this to be very unusual behaviour for a bookmaker. I had a bonus active throughout July, and it went for 30 days, 1st to 31st. But i made the deposit and received the bonus (100 percent deposit bonus) 1 month before all that.
