I requested my account to be closed in June. It never was and I mangaged to login and deposit. I informed them after they kept ignoring me and they apologised only returned 59 euro and guaranteed me by email that my account is completely closed and all access is blocked. This was by a vip manager on the 26th of August. Yesterday I again managed to login and went to the deposit page which all worked fine. I again informed them they lied and are trying to keep me playing as they know I spend alot. While I was on the telephone with the manager he put me on hold and closed my account. He lied and said it was already closed. I went on live chat and asked when my account was closed and they said today. I tried to come to a resolution with them but they are ignoring my emails and blocked my live chat. I want compensation for trying to keep me as a customer ignoring responsible gaming rules.
