Dear Pogg team,
I have a problem with Tipbet.com.
I opened a betting account at Tipbet on 6.10.2018 and made a deposit of 150€.
Thereupon I received the Tipbetbonus of 150€ with the following wagering conditions, 1500€, 90 days.
I had fulfilled these on 9.12.1918, this was also confirmed to me under Bonus.
At this time I had an account balance of 538.83€.
When I wanted to make some time later a payment, the total profit of 383,83€ was deleted.
The reason for this was that the bonus conditions had changed.
I can understand that Tipbet changes the bonus terms, but I lack any understanding that this will affect ongoing promotions.
I hope you can help me with this problem so that I can still make my winnings.
