I had an account with tipbet.de who recently lost it s licence in Germany just turned their tipbet.de website offline. They never contacted me and never answered my calls/emails. Hello, on 05.03.22, 08:42 I placed my first bet on tipbet.com which I have Won. I placed a few more bets, some won, some lost, no problem. Eventually my balance was at 1706€ which I then wanted to cash out, I fullfilled the bonus requirements and verifications but then the bookmaker wanted a bank statement of my deposit, which I have provided. On the 06.09.2022 the bookmaker declined the bank statement, without explanation, then I sent a new one on the 20.01.23 in an attempt to get it verified without success. I will attach a Screenshot of the bookmaker declining my bank statement, I hope this formal complaint will resolve this situation. Best regards

I have funds that I have tried to withdraw from Tipbet a couple of weeks now. First they request different documents one by one. Every single time it takes almost a week them to request more. First I had submitted ID and proof of residency and then they started asking more and more. Never telling what is enough. All the time coming up new document requests and the avoiding my contaacts. I tried to contact them via chat and e-mails but most of times i was blocked from chat and never got reply for e-mails. Sometimes I got into the chat and then accepted my documentation. Now they declined my withdrawal and are ghosting again. They didnt give any kind of explanation about why withdrawal was declined.

Hello I am from Bangkok, Thailand. I have an account at tipbet.com and my username is [EDIT]. On the first week on December 2021 they asked me for Source of wealth then I submitted it on the next day. After a day or so they told me by email that the document was not accepted. I emailed them back asking why it was not accepted but they did not stated the reason. So I asked a live chat person and uploaded the documents there. After a day I received and email saying that my documents was again not accepted. But again they did not tell me why though. My document is very clear and shows the page and corners and the date is valid. It shows all the information lie my full name, address, date and shows payslip on the top right corner of the documents. I don't know what is the problem with my document because they won't tell me and won't reply to my emails and messages.

Hello, I deposited Tipbet casino for 160 euros on November 1st and got a 100% deposit bonus. I played Gates of Olympus game and won a total of 1,320,16 euros with my own money. However, I wasn’t sure if it was a non sticky bonus. I went to look at my account summary, which listed the breakdown of funds. "Blocked Balance" was 160 euros. The "Withdrawable amount" was 1320,16 euros. So I thought I could withdraw my winnings now and went to the next chat. I only had 160 euros left in my account, which was the amount of my deposit. I told the customer service representative twice before he cancel bonus that I wanted to withdraw the 1320,16 euros that appeared in my account as "Withdrawable amount". I asked the customer service representative to return the money but nothing happened. Now I need your help to get the money I won. I also have a picture of my account with "Blocked balance" and "Withdrawable amount" clearly visible. Be careful with this bookmaker, I have made several deposits on their site but I when i ask for a bonus, the CS told me that my account is not eligible for any bonus or reward without giving a reason, their customer service is really very bad and which never gives a solution than automatic response

Don't play at tipbet! They tell you personally via whatsapp that there is no maximum payout for the monday boost bonus but if you win too much they do not pay out all of youre winnings. They are very misleading and not fair. Definitely not recommended

Dear sir/madame, This complain is about the monday booster bonus at www.tipbet.com. A friend of me told me about this bonus and I wanted to try it. Before my friend started with the bonus she asked a couple of questions just to be sure. One of the questions was; Is there a maximum payout for this bonus? Tipbet told her no, there was no maximum payout for this bonus. I had to wager the bonus amount 14 times. When I wagered it, i contacted tipbet just to be sure the bonus was finished. Tipbet told me in the chat that i did wager the bonus only 8 times. From that moment i started to get a bad feeling because i won a lot of money. I told tipbet I wagered it already 14 times and told them I got proof of it. Then they told me it was a bug in the system and de bonus was finished. When I wanted to withdraw the amount i won, it was rejected. I asked tipbet why the withdraw was rejected. They told me I had to wager the total amount from my deposit (250). I did not understand because earlier they told me it was finished. To avoid more problems I wagered 250 more. After I tried to withdraw the amount i won it was rejected again and they took 2292.50 from the amount. The reason was that there is a maximum payout for this bonus up to 2000. I was surprised because they told my friend there was no maximum payout for this bonus. Tipbet told me it was because my friend was (VIP) and I was not. It is not true because earlier tipbet told my friend when she did not receive vip bonus anymore that vip is not for a lifetime. I think it is not fair that tipbet plays with the bonus rules, and it is also misleading that they did not describe in the bonus rules about the maximum payout. Tipbet announced that it is going to stop providing services in Greece and customers should withdraw their remaining amount.I could't withdraw the money because the withdrawal page showed me an error(!). After a week with no answer to my emails they asked for an address verification which i provided and although they told me that my account is fully verified they didn't transfer the money to my bank account.I tried again to withdraw the money but still the same error appeared.Of course i have photographs of the account and the emails which i can provide if you need them (i already did it at the MGA).

Hello I closed my account because I tried to withdrawal an amount and they are keep asking me the same documents over and over again and none of those get accepted although when I first opened it they checked and accepted them.Now I can't find them they answer 1 email every 24hours and they told me that now that I closed my account I can't take my money. They claim that they have problems with the customer service as far as know them they have the same problem and they haven't sold it yet.In every other casino when you close your account you take your money-back 24hours later but here I can't even identify my account because they try to avoid paying me.
