Of all the gambling sites that I've been on this one is the worst!! I had just signed up and was playing my first roulette game. I took a 25-cent chip and placed it on red just to test it. A pop-up appeared and said that my bed did not meet the table minimum and that my bet would be raised accordingly and an ok button. By the time I got to the end of reading the pop up the dealer rolled the ball in the round started and $5 was deducted from my balance without me knowing it or giving it permission. I of course contacted help and they verified that what I said was absolutely true however they could not reimburse me for my loss because it is not their game they just provide the site platform for it. So basically just gave me the middle finger said it's not their problem. I can only hope that someone reads this and realizes that what I'm saying is true that they are just bunch of crooks and to not give them your money!!! I have always like this casino. They have a huge variety of games and whenever I needed assistance or had a question it’s awesome to know that I can reach out anytime, plus their customer service is friendly and fair. But about 3 weeks ago when I signed in and started to play a game, somehow the game glitched and took all my money. I contacted customer service right away, and after looking into the situation for quite a while, the casino did acknowledge that it was a technical issue on their end and that the game did indeed mistakenly take my money.
