During your bonus you can't play some games; the game is not playable if you click on it (says, not available during an active bonus). OK, that's fine..But there is a "rule" that says I can only bet up to $6.50 Canadian on a spin during a bonus. But when you play the game the slot lets me select illegal bets (over the limit). They let you do this. .I feel they let this happen knowing that many people forgot about the "rule". Honestly, why does it matter how fast you reach the 50X ? .They refused my $2850 payout. Upon winning, they didn't just make me jump through hoops, they made me submit literal photos of myself from 8 different angles, holding my photo id. They required verification of address, bills with name and address, literal bank statements, and more. They hope you give up after the 5 or 6th verification.They aren't real. They are a scam. After already being verified and previously having withdrawn funds, they forced me to re-verify my account for a most recent withdrawal request. I’ve sent all documents in again, about 20 times. All proof that they require. They continue to beat around the bush and refuse to pay me a few hundred dollars. I’ve never had any issues with any casino regarding verification purposes and I always send the same bank statements, driver’s license, etc.It is disgusting, petty behaviour and I cannot emphasize enough to never play here.
