Did not follow through with reimbursement even after admitting fault on their end
I have always like this casino. They have a huge variety of games and whenever I needed assistance or had a question it’s awesome to know that I can reach out anytime, plus their customer service is friendly and fair. But about 3 weeks ago when I signed in and started to play a game, somehow the game glitched and took all my money. I contacted customer service right away, and after looking into the situation for quite a while, the casino did acknowledge that it was a technical issue on their end and that the game did indeed mistakenly take my money. Great. So I’ll be reimbursed and everything will be fine…except that still hasn’t happened. The customer service rep told me that they needed to wait to hear from that particular game provider before they could issue me a refund. That was on Sept 5th. Today is Sept 21st. I have contacted the casino multiple times asking for an update, and all they can tell me is that they still have not heard from the game provider and that they can not move forward until that happens. At this point I do realize that I’ll never see that lost money refunded to me. Fortunately it was only about $30. I still like the casino and play on it regularly, but I definitely hope something like this doesn’t happen again, especially if I have a significant amount of money in my account. Because this casino has shown that even when they accept fault and acknowledge you are owed money because of an error on their part, they still won’t make things right
