Overall Rating 3stars but they don’t deserve it
This this Overall Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Just like they tell me maybe next time in the future, they will receive more stars. I wish them the best pros :Efficient Withdrawal Processing: To the operator's credit, BitStarz Casino processes payout transactions swiftly, with funds usually clearing within one hour.Cons:Substandard Return Experience: Despite consistent deposits and promotional free spins, the actual payout frequency on this platform feels exceptionally low. I’m lucky if I were to win three pennies, off of free spins Deposited funds and bonus rewards rarely yield sustainable wins.Strict Bonus Voidance Clause: Users must exercise extreme caution when playing with an active bonus. BitStarz Bonus Terms enforce a strict $5.00 / €5.00 maximum bet limit per spin. Accidentally exceeding this limit by even a small amount gives the casino the right to invalidate your entire account balance and any accumulated winnings.Unaccommodating Customer Support: The live chat support team does not offer discretionary player rewards, retention bonuses, or compensation.Scarce Promotional Incentives: Outside of gameplay requirements, promotional free spins are rarely given out, appearing only sporadically via their official Telegram channel or email newsletters every few months.Final Verdict:While the fast payout speed at BitStarz is highly efficient, the combination of restrictive bonus terms and a low-yielding player experience makes it a poor platform. Players should be very careful when using any promotional bonuses on this site.

Scammed out my money on withdraw
Current agent's avatarHarveyCurrent agent's avatarHi there, how may I help? How come my withdrawal got canceled and my balance is at 33I only have 1 account and never made another one other then this oneHelloCurrent agent's avatarThank you for your patience as we look into your query; we'll get back to you in a moment or two. There are a few reasons a withdrawal can be cancelled - things like outstanding documents, unmet wagering requirements on a deposit, exceeding the max withdrawal from a no deposit bonus, breaching the max bet rule while playing with a bonus, or incorrect withdrawal method/details being entered. When we cancel a withdrawal for any reason, we always send an email explaining exactly why. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for an email from our Payments Team - it will explain exactly why your withdrawal was cancelled and any steps you need to take. 📧So I'm confused on ur assumptionsCurrent agent's avatarThose aren't assumptions - those are just the possible reasons a withdrawal can get cancelled on our end. The specific reason for yours will be in the email our Payments Team sent you. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder and it will tell you exactly what happened and what steps to follow. 👍Message:Hi there,After reviewing your account, we found that you are unfortunately not eligible for the Welcome Package. As outlined in our Bonus Terms:3.1 All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, payment account (e.g. debit/credit card, Neteller, etc.), IP address, or shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace). Our checks show that another account connected to your IP/device/household has already claimed the Welcome Package. Because of this, it cannot be granted to your account. As a result, any winnings generated from the Welcome Package have been forfeited, and your most recent deposit has been returned. Please note that you will not be able to receive any further Welcome Package bonuses or free spins on your account.Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a great day ahead.Best regards,The BitStarz TeamTicket ID:K77VZTNo but that isCurrent agent's avatarI understand this is frustrating, and I want to make sure you get the right help here. I'm going to transfer you to our specialized team who can look into this further with you directly. To help them when they connect with you - can you clarify what you'd like them to review regarding the other account or connection they found? Don’t get fooled by all the good…
Don’t get fooled by all the good reviews, they are probably bots or payed. My experience started good, I deposited around 300€ and tried to take out 600€, thats when all the problems started. If you want to withdraw money from their website, make sure you are not paying with revolut as there is no way to take your money out again as they do not pay to Lithuanian banks. They also ask for all the documents you could possibly think off to verify the account. After I figured out there was no way to take out the money, I went into slots and did about 1000 1€ bets without a single bonus on Olympus Gate.

When they give you free spins they pay out in micro bitcoins and only payout half of your free spin winnings which is a joke and i have proof. I won ub265 in free spins.should have paid out around $17.00 usd but instead they paid half of that.its a joke and the last time there was a huge winner was never. There last winner they have on video is a scam and not true

BitStarz allowed deposit and play, but refused to pay winnings
BitStarz allowed me to register, deposit money, and fully play through their platform without any warnings or restrictions. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings ($250), they suddenly claimed I was not eligible due to “linked accounts” via IP/device.They accepted my deposit and allowed gameplay, but only applied restrictions after I won. This feels unfair and misleading. They only refunded part of my deposit and kept the winnings.Be careful — the platform may let you play but refuse to pay later. tg @thclegacy my bitstarz username deskiwop

BitStarz stole $28,119 and their own support signed the confession. Read this before they reply.
Ok before BitStarz copy-paste their usual reply under this, please just read what their OWN agents told me. I have all the transcripts saved. Here is what happened.May 18 2026, around 2am I deposited 0.27 ETH. The Welcome Bonus 100% got credited automatically to my account. I played, completed the full wager x40, all 10.8 ETH out of 10.8 ETH required. The system literally said "Wager Done". I won around $30,009 on fortune of olympus I requested a withdrawal of $28,119.73 at 03:53. Few minutes later: status "Canceled". Account blocked. Money gone. They "refunded" my initial deposit of $571.98 and kept the rest. So basically they stole $27,547 from me.Their reason? Two clauses :3.1 account linked via IP/device3.10 bet more than $5 during bonus wagerSounds fair on paper right? Wait until you read what their support told me afterwards.First thing their agent Peter told me when i asked if my account is fraudulent :"There was nothing fraudulent."So... no fraud. But you keep my 28k anyway ? Based on what exactly ?Then i asked him : if i had lost everything instead of winning, would you have refunded my deposit because of those same clause breaches ?His exact answer : "No, as we would not have reviewed your account without a withdrawal being made."Read that twice. They literally admit the rules only get checked when you win. If you lose, those same "violations" magically dont exist. So its not a security rule, its just a trigger to keep your money when you win. Then i pushed more : if my IP is really linked and dangerous, can i redeposit and play tomorrow ?His answer : "You can deposit and play yes, there are no more welcome offers that will add to your account."So my IP is "fraudulent" on day 1, blocked, money confiscated... but the same IP is totally fine on day 2 to redeposit. Same device. Same person. Same everything. Only thing that changed : no more winnings to steal.Tell me how that makes any sense.About the $5 max bet rule (3.10) :Their platform let me bet $21 per spin while the bonus was active. No popup. No block. No warning. Nothing. Every casino i ever played enforces the max bet technically, the spin button just wont go above the limit. BitStarz doesn't. They let you bet whatever, then use it against you at cashout. Convenient. If they really wanted to protect players from breaching that rule, they would block the bet. They don't block it on purpose, because the breach is what allows them to steal at the end.About the IP rule (3.1) :If my IP was really blocked, my deposit should have been refused immediately. Instead :Deposit accepted ✅Bonus credited automatically ✅10.8 ETH of wager fully tracked ✅"Wager Done" displayed ✅Problem "discovered"... only at cashout ❌Either their KYC doesnt work (then its not my fault), or it works fine and they activate it on purpose only when there is money to take. There is no other explanation possible. And the regulator ?BitStarz is licensed by Curaçao. I tried to send my complaint there. It bounced back. Mailbox FULL. Server error : 554 5.2.2 mailbox full.So the regulator that's supposed to protect players literally cant receive emails anymore. And BitStarz still tells players to contact them. They know. What BitStarz will probably reply to this review :"Please contact our support" → already done, your agent Peter said it all"You breached terms 3.1 and 3.10" → your own agent said there was no fraud, make up your mind"Decision is final" → final based on what, since your agent admits no fraud ?"Contact the Curaçao regulator" → their inbox is full, you know it"Each case is reviewed individually" → reviewed how, since Peter said no review happens unless someone tries to withdraw ?Whatever they write here will contradict what their own staff already wrote to me. Anyone reading this will see it.To anyone thinking of playing here :Please dont take the Welcome Bonus. Its not a promotion. Its a trap that activates only when you win. You can do everything right, follow every rule, complete the full wager, see "Wager Done" on your screen, and still lose everything because they will find a retroactive excuse at cashout.I have :All screenshots timestampedFull chat transcripts with Josie, Nova, Lucy and PeterTransaction history exportedThe Curaçao bounce mail savedComplaints filed on AskGamblers and Casino GuruOne last thing :I'm currently building threads on social media with all the proof side by side. Every screenshot, every chat, every contradiction everything is here : @headzup6This wont disappear quietly. Every future player searching "BitStarz" before depositing will land on this.1 star because Trustpilot doesnt allow 0.

Warning scamming
BitStarz is a structural trap Shocking proofs leaking on gambler groups Shocking screenshots and forensic proofs are currently going viral across several gambler groups and forums, and it’s an absolute disgrace for BitStarz. A player just dropped undeniable proof showing exactly how this casino confiscated a Max Win of over $30,000 under the cheap, post-hoc excuse of "multi-accounting."Everyone in the community is losing their minds over the blatant hypocrisy of their platform: when it comes to accepting your crypto deposits and letting you wager for hours, there are absolutely zero barriers. Their system stays completely silent and happily takes your money, even validating the player's wager progress to 100%. But the exact second the player tries to withdraw their massive win, a manager manually steps in to override the system, cancel the payout, and steal the funds using a hidden rule. Also, notice how pathetic their reputation management is: literally every single time someone posts a legitimate 1-star review here, 2 or 3 fake positive reviews magically appear minutes later to drown it out and hide the truth. They are actively manipulating their Trustpilot rating in real-time.The ultimate proof of their predatory bad faith? They stole the $30k in winnings, but they returned the initial deposit and left the account wide open so the player could keep gambling! If this user was a real "fraudster," any legitimate casino would ban them permanently. Leaving the account open proves they only weaponize their rules when they have to pay out.Answer to olle : Olle, are you completely delusional? I am Ryan, and I have absolutely no idea who this 'Tim' person is. Your paranoia is actually getting embarrassing at this point. Is inventing secret identities for your reviewers your new strategy to avoid paying out legitimate winnings?Instead of playing Sherlock Holmes and fabricating wild conspiracy theories to discredit me, you should probably check the gambler forums and groups right now. There is a massive viral thread exposing your exact manipulation tactics: your system silently pockets crypto deposits but manually triggers 'multi-accounting' excuses the exact second someone wins big. Also, take a look at the other reviews posted these past few days. I am far from the only one reporting that you are refusing to pay out players. The screenshots are out, the forensic proof is leaking, and your pathetic attempt to gaslight me here won't change the fact that BitStarz is being exposed as a structural trap. Keep trying to change the subject, the community is watching and we are all sharing the same experiences

SCAM CASINO
SCAM CASINO. They canceled a €1500 legitimate winning using fake bonus excuses. On top of that, they STOLE €100 of my real deposit. I deposited €200 total (I have the official bank TRNs), but they only credited €100 and refused to return the rest. Do not trust this casino, they steal players' real money!"

BitStarz confiscated €30,000 of my…
BitStarz confiscated €30,000 of my legitimately won money. That is not a misunderstanding — it is the business model.I deposited my own cash, played, won. The instant I requested a withdrawal, the account was frozen and the balance was wiped. The "justifications" that followed are a masterclass in bad faith:1) Bonus trap by design. The Welcome Bonus is silently injected on deposit. No opt-in, no confirmation, no warning. The player never explicitly accepts anything — the casino simply attaches bonus rules to your funds in the background, then waits. The day you win big, those invisible rules become the weapon used to seize your money. This is not a T&C, this is a snare.2) The "max bet rule" excuse. They invoked a maximum bet restriction tied to that ghost bonus I never accepted, never saw flagged during play, and was never warned about. A rule the player is structurally prevented from knowing about cannot, in any honest reading, justify confiscating €30,000. The pattern is the product. Losing players are pampered. Winning players are processed. While the house is ahead, BitStarz is your friend. The instant you actually win, an automated machine mines your history for any clause — however obscure, however auto-applied, however unfair — to declare your winnings void. Heads they win, tails you lose. This is a player who deposited real money, won fairly, offered every verification possible, and was stripped of €30,000 behind contradictory excuses. Play here only if you are certain you will lose. The moment you win, BitStarz stops being a casino and becomes a collection agency working against you. UPDATE Reply to Olle:Olle, you give a fine speech about "personal accountability" while carefully avoiding every uncomfortable question. Let's go through your reply in order, since you enjoy handing out lessons. On your multi-accounting accusation:If you were truly convinced this account violated your rules, explain publicly to Trustpilot readers why:Your systems validated my KYC without a single alert.Your systems accepted my deposit without any block.Your systems let me play for hours without any intervention.Your systems auto-applied a bonus I never requested and never opted in to.Your own human support agent, Nova, manually approved my wager AFTER the max win.Five steps. Five chances to stop me. Five failures on your side or five deliberate choices to wait until I won. Pick your version, Olle, because both are damaging. On your condescending tone:You blame a player for misreading your rules in an industry where T&Cs run 40 pages, where bonuses are silently applied without explicit consent, and where your own agents manually approve actions that supposedly violate those very rules. I'll take your lesson in accountability the day you start enforcing your own rules BEFORE taking my money, not after. On your "ChatGPT" attack:Nice rhetorical pivot to dodge the substance. You still haven't answered a single one of the five operational points above. Attack the form all you want the core stands, and every reader sees it.What happens next:— Formal complaint filed against Gareton B.V. with the Curaçao Gaming Authority (license OGL/2024/165/0185), full screenshots attached.— Public cases opened on AskGamblers and CasinoGuru.— Full dossier handed to crypto-casino streamers and influencers I'm in contact with, plus r/onlinegambling, Bitcointalk, CasinoMeister and the iGaming press.— This Trustpilot review stays live. Every reply you post gets attached to the file and amplified.I'm not going anywhere, Olle. Every channel, every day, until this is resolved. Now listen carefully, Olle.If you genuinely believe that after confiscating $28,000 with a post-hoc fabricated excuse, I'm going to just swallow it and move on, you picked the wrong person. I'm not the kind of player who shuts up. I'm not the kind of player who forgets. I'm not the kind of player who lets himself get walked on because a Curaçao-licensed casino thinks it's untouchable. You took that money betting I would give up. Bad bet. I'm going to put in the time, the energy and the visibility this requires every day, every week, every month if I have to. Regulator, mediators, forums, iGaming press, social media: every channel is going to get this file, with every piece of evidence, and every future player who types "BitStarz" into Google is going to land on this story. That $28,000 is coming back to me. One way or another through your regulator, through the mediators, or through the cost you're about to pay in reputation, open complaint files, public responses you'll be forced to issue, and every player who reads this and decides never to deposit. Do the math, Olle. This isn't a threat. It's arithmetic.Your move.

Avoid BitStarz Casino at all costs.
Avoid BitStarz Casino at all costs.I was travelling in Ireland for work and signed up while there. During registration, they asked for absolutely NOTHING except my email address. No ID, no proof of address, no residency verification — nothing. They happily accepted my crypto deposit of £300 without any checks whatsoever.I then managed to win around $5,700 USD. The second I tried to withdraw my winnings, everything changed.Suddenly they started demanding documents, proof of address, bank statements, and personal information that they never asked for before taking my money. I provided everything they requested, only to then receive an email saying they would NOT pay my winnings because I was a UK resident and had “breached” their terms. How is that MY breach when they never verified anything before accepting my deposit? If residency was such an important rule, why was I allowed to register, deposit, and gamble in the first place? They are more than happy to take your money instantly, but the moment you win, they look for excuses not to pay. In my opinion, this is completely unfair and deceptive behaviour.I have evidence and emails for everything I’m saying. Please be careful and stay away from this casino unless you want to risk losing both your money and your winnings.
