Complete and utter rip off of a site false advertising no welcome bonuses given either when I asked about my welcome bonus and deposited the amount I needed to to qualify per the advertisement they deleted my account completely . I would rate this zero stars if I could! Honestly, avoid at ALL costs - you will regret signing up to these scammers.Casumo had no issue accepting my deposits and allowing me to use their website, yet the moment I request a withdrawal of £300, my account has been frozen and I'm being asked for an extensive list of verification requirements - including a selfie of me holding my ID! If these checks are so important, why aren't they completed before customers are allowed to deposit? Don't bother using Live Chat either, they just tell you contact them via email.I deposited £250 into this account and they are withholding my money - Give me my money back Casumo!UPDATE - Don't pay attention to the response from 'Nika', she's asking me to contact her again so that my case falls to the bottom of the queue (as referenced in their last 'auto-email'). The auto-email that states that it could take 8 weeks for me to get a response and get my money back!

Customer service is awful, been told my withdrawal will be processed soon after being verified over 5 days ago. Is just highlighted in red when I go to my transactions saying amount pending and nothing has changed just get fed the same rubbish when I ask what's happening with my review. Payments team are not even contactable which I find mindboggling. So I was told the payments team where treating my case as a priority and was being seen to yesterday yet still have heard nothing?

I reply to every request within 10 minutes, yet they take days or longer to respond. Update: I have received the £9 remaining balance after this review, however my email reply is being ignored again since the 23rd of July. I self-excluded from Casumo after becoming concerned about the constant pop-ups and interruptions during gameplay, which I believe negatively affected my gambling experience. When I self-excluded, I still had around £9 left in my account that I was unable to withdraw.I submitted a formal complaint over three weeks ago and have sent multiple follow-up emails, but I have received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication and failure to deal with my complaint has been extremely disappointing.As I have been unable to get any response from Casumo, I will be escalating my complaint to their Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider and raising my concerns with the UK Gambling Commission regarding their handling of my complaint.I expected much better customer service from a licensed gambling operator. Withdrawals used to be processed between 20 to 30 mins for about a year. Then last week, I was asked to verify my account. Verification was quick. Once verified, all of my withdrawals have taken multiple hours to process now which is very frustrating. The whole reason I chose to play with Casumo was the quick withdrawals. Well, I can’t believe I’m writing this but… I’ve finally closed my Casumo account. I have spent tens of thousands of GBP on this site in the last three years and at times, I’ve gritted my teeth in one day making some money back. In those three years of playing every single day, I’ve had one good day with this casino.The last three months have been the worst and I’m now at the point where I’m going to take my hard earned money elsewhere. Bonuses are such a rarity nowadays and even when you manage to get a bonus, the maximum win is a 5x?… I’ve even had bonuses reward pennies which is absolutely laughable in comparison to the amount of dead spins and lack of bonuses. Additionally, the umoboard games consist of completely dead games that aren’t even worth playing at this time of year. Santas great gifts cost £200 (on minimum bet with double chance) to eventually get a bonus that paid £6… starlight Xmas £300, 1 bonus - £2 return… sugar rush Xmas £200, no bonus… kong Xmas £100 no bonus. I could go on really at how bad these games are and how they justify that it’s a random number system for returns. Apparently not having played the same games over a long period of days/ weeks in a row at different times of the day etc. I will give Casumo a few more years before they close down because it’s apparent they don’t know how to maintain high value customers on their site. It’s a shame really, I used to really advocate for this site and now it’s truly one of the worst ones on the market and the reviews on here clearly reflect that.

CASUMO THIEVES!!£3,100 outstanding from Janaury 2025. 19 months of chasing to get answers! They told lies to eCorga that i had not provided the adeuqate documents. They sent fake transaction ID's claiming the transaction was sent to me although was not successful. Fraudulent business. No respect to even reply. I have not had a reply after contacing them now 17 times via email. Have to now pursue through a small claims court to receive the funds or at least put this to bed!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS.. They just ignore you via email and do not reply at all! AVOID

Hi im trying to withdraw my funds of £32. Called helpline was told someone will call me back. Ive asked that my account be closed its paused for now. Cant get the withdrawal sent to my bank which is the same bank i used to deposit??? Not good.

Do not play slots on casumo I know that they are randomly number generator but to lose consistently for months on end is a joke also the slots don’t show you the rtp and if they do then they don’t stick to the rtp at all.
