Tipbet - Not able to withdraw funds after providing documents
Hello,
on 05.03.22, 08:42 I placed my first bet on tipbet.com which I have Won. I placed a few more bets, some won, some lost, no problem. Eventually my balance was at 1706€ which I then wanted to cash out, I fullfilled the bonus requirements and verifications but then the bookmaker wanted a bank statement of my deposit, which I have provided.
On the 06.09.2022 the bookmaker declined the bank statement, without explanation, then I sent a new one on the 20.01.23 in an attempt to get it verified without success.
I will attach a Screenshot of the bookmaker declining my bank statement, I hope this formal complaint will resolve this situation.
