I won money on free spins they awarded me , it told me I had to spent a certain amount to have a withdrawal. I got their 10 .20 free spins up to 22$ then upped my bet and went to 130, slowly inclined to roughly a thousand dollars. Kept making me play, worked it down to about 400$ that was cashable and they declined to withdrawal and kept all my awarded money because I did 8-10 8$ spins which apparently you can’t do in their fine print even though I spent well over their required limit without those 8-10 spins. They will rip you off any chance they get! Do not you this website! Only online site I’ve ever had an issue with, never getting a cent from me or anyone else I know ever again! Stay far away from these scammers. Deposited straight away with my card. When I tried to withdraw they showed there true colours. Tried to withdraw the money back through the card I deposited with about 7 or 8 times, contacted customer service, they said try bank transfer,tried this for few days,no chance what so ever. I was getting an email withdrawal cancelled by user,which is me. Totally scammers. How these lowlfe are allowed to operate is mind blowing. All my documents was verified,so no problem there. Tried bank transfer twice, first time it "errored" and second time (after waiting a full week) I was advised there was an error and was put back in my playamo account to spend. As a long time player at this casino , (Around 8 years) its time to call quits with this casino. Initially, in the VIP management of Elly, Playamo was great.
